20/09/2024: We have been here twice this week and each meal has been excellent. Our group of 4 have sampled pizza, fish, ravioli, beef and pasta dishes. Each one has been tasty and plentiful. Kudos to the amazing and kind waitstaff and manager Michael. Appreciate the transportation to and from our hotel which is a great perk.

20/11/2024: Excellent discovery during our stay in Sorrento, we wanted to take a break from the usual restaurant and this place immediately caught our attention, we took several sandwiches, one of which was also vegan, with pistachio pesto, vegan cheese, mushrooms, tomato, salad, really delicious. To drink we wanted to try the iced latte, fresh and innovative, they also have a vegan alternative here. I highly recommend it.

18/11/2024: Nice place in the center of Sorrento, we soon have two salads, a bruschetta and a sandwich, all accompanied by 3 spritzes and a glass of local wine, all prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. Excellent value for money and above all a very welcoming and clean environment. 5 stars absolutely.

03/11/2024: Bar molto frequentato dai residenti, ma si trova comunque posto a sedere facilmente. Brioches enormi in molte varietà buonissime e freschissime, caffetteria ottima e in quantità abbondante. Prezzi ragionevoli e personale cordiale. Consigliatissimo!

03/11/2024: Personale molto gentile e attento, tra cui Ciro che ci ha mostrato molta attenzione e consigliato sui piatti da scegliere, e ci ha descritto la storia del locale che presenta all'interno degli scavi con mosaici di epoca romana, giusto compromesso tra qualità e prezzo. Consigliato.

18/10/2024: Una buena ubicación justo al lado de una de las principales calles comerciales. Una excelente opción para escapar de las multitudes rápidamente y disfrutar de una comida relajada. El personal era muy amable y la comida excelente.

25/07/2024: This boutique-style hotel was exceptional! After one night, my children were asking when our next trip to Sorrento would be. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned with evening towel service if need be, front desk helped answer all of our boating trip questions with such patience especially Salvatore who greeted us each entry and exit like family. Perfect location for everything, food, centre and not far from the lift . A big bravo to Mateo, the man who remembered everything about my family, was constantly smiling and made sure we were given the best hotel stay ever in Sorrento. Grazie,mille

02/12/2024: Sorrento is very touristy and finding a restaurant that hasn't fallen into the routine is difficult. Da Gigino is one of the few who has maintained a bit of tradition and passion. Well cooked, presented and good quality food (except the pizza which should be avoided especially for those from Campania) quality service, nice environment.

30/11/2024: Amazing restaurant. The interior is clean and has thoughtful decorations. We went to this restaurant 3 times during our trip to Sorrento. Would recommend.

09/12/2024: Love, love, love this place!! My family went for our last proper meal in Sorrento and if we were here another day, we would’ve gone back in a heart beat! We got an array of dishes: 2 kinds of soup, gnocchi and pizza and all were EXQUISITE. Everything was made fresh to order and was pipping hot! Raphael was so kind and provided amazing service, loved every minute of being there! 10/10 recommend!!

15/11/2024: They must have had an off night. The food was terrible 😣 but the gentleman who served us really tried his best to get it right. The wine he he recommended was really lovely. Lots of families, kids, made it an enjoyable evening.

Leggeri e ...leggermente dolci, delicati e non grassi come la maggior parte dei cornetti in circolazione, solitamente indigesti. Il personale è gentile e molto efficiente; i prezzi onestissimi. Consigliatissima!!

03/09/2024: Their Limoncello Spritz Aperitivo is a must try! best authentic carbonara, spaghetti vongole to die for and their mixed shellfish with pasta (I forgot the name) was all wonderful! An 11 out of 10 rating for sure! Friendly staff and their overall service was great! Will have a meal there again before we leave Sorrento!

02/09/2024: Our Restaurant Review: Donna Sofia, Sorrento Dining at Donna Sofia in Sorrento was an exceptional experience. The food was delicious and authentically Italian, showcasing rich, traditional flavors. The service stood out, with the owner, head waiter and chefs personally greeting us and giving us a tour of their impressive wine cellar. The restaurant was adorned with charming photos of Sofia Loren, adding a delightful touch to the atmosphere. The owner and his wife were incredibly friendly, even offering us a complimentary $40 bottle of red wine upon our departure. We concluded our meal with their famous granita and limoncello shots, making for a perfect ending. I highly recommend Donna Sofia for anyone seeking a genuine Italian dining experience in Sorrento!
