23/04/2024: We went on a Saturday, without a reservation and despite this, after about 15 minutes of waiting they gave us a table. For the menu, just scan the QR code and you can order from your smartphone or from the waiter the old fashioned way. We took some frankfurters accompanied by three types of sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup and barbecue), then a white pizza with cherry tomatoes and a breaded chicken hamburger sandwich with cornflakes, salad, lime mayonnaise and mozzarella. I only had time to take a photo of the chips, the rest was devoured in no time. The pizza was very good, from the dough to the ingredients and the sandwich was also the right size and delicious. The staff was very kind in accommodating our table requests and the service was fast, perhaps even too fast since we hadn't finished the chips yet and the rest had already arrived, but that's okay. Free outdoor parking. Low costs.

Good but not unforgettable cuisine, portion of some dishes (side dish and starter, bread) disproportionate to the absurd price. In 3 adults and a little girl not even 3 years old, we paid 151 euros. Friendly owner but not even a bitter or coffee offered.
26/08/2024: After a bad experience at Lake Telese and Grassano Park almost at the last minute we come across the inn, it saves us the day, nice place, good food, friendliness and professionalism, fair price

Unfortunately tonight I got a nice package, a place that was all appearances, but in essence nothing at all
Mediocre service, poor food but what do I say poor, inedible, the only good thing were the fried potatoes
We ordered two sandwiches, one with a hamburger and one with a chicken cutlet made by them, as they had told us
Chicken breast hard as iron, almost rotten, fried in burnt oil

22/06/2024: Il ristorante si trova all’interno del resort aqua petra. Ottima accoglienza e servizio. Abbiamo scelto il menù a base di pesce con abbinamento vini tutto veramente molto buono.
02/05/2024: Quello che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso è stata certamente la gentilezza del personale di sala, mai stucchevole nel servizio, ma sempre presente al bisogno. Gentili e simpatici, ti coccolano fino alla fine, accompagnandoti nel percorso cucinato dal meraviglioso chef Luciano Villani.
Penso che quando si arrivi a questi livelli in cucina c'è poco da spiegare, in tavola si porta l'arte e l'arte va vissuta e non raccontata.
Esperienza sublime.
Il risotto magnifico, l'uovo sublime.
Il maître è stato molto attento e gentile ne consigliarci al meglio, mi ha aiutato, tra l'altro, a scegliere un'ottima bollicina per accompagnare degnamente tutta la cena. Luciano alla fine, è stato molto cortese a venirci a salutare al tavolo, cosicché ci siamo potuti congratulare di persona.
Non c'è stata una nota negativa in tutta la serata.
Ottima la carta dei vini (qualche volta i rincari spingono un pò in alto ma ci può stare), non ho visto la carta dei distillati perché, talmente soddisfatto, non ce la facevo ad affrontare il gran finale, ma ci ritornerò per questo e per provare il menu di pesce. Prezzi in linea con i ristoranti di questo livello.
