10/06/2025: This is the fourth time we order a cake and systematically the cake weighs more than a kilo less than agreed. Obviously the problem is not only in the fact that half an hour before dinner with guests you show up with a cake much smaller than expected, but also in the fact that they "advise" you to integrate with another cake.

10/06/2025: The place was a bit confusing, the waitress got the order wrong, the food was minimal from the day before, dirty environment, I waited a bit before sitting down for the waitress to come and clean the table, the bill was high compared to what we got. Let's say it's a tourist trap place.

28/06/2025: Given that the products are of excellent quality, the almond pastes that really taste of almond. I noticed and pointed out after several visits that the tare is not removed from the trays. When this happened, the sales assistant very rudely started to get nervous and make "faces" with an acquaintance, while the gentleman at the cashier, sorry for what had happened, proceeded to cancel the tare. For my part, I pointed it out kindly, admitting the hypothesis of an "oversight", but I felt judged negatively by the lady whose name I do not want to mention, because being a gentleman I do not care about him having repercussions! I invite the manager to train the employees and impose the use of the tare, as it is an incorrect practice that could be reported to the competent police authorities, and customers to demand that it be deducted. In my case I was paying about €4 for paper! I have been working in the food sector for about 20 years and in the price of the product the consumables, the staff, the company costs etc. etc. are already calculated, why should I pay for the cardboard and mostly at the price of a pastry product? Disappointed by this behavior I hope that the right corrective actions will be taken, as the products are of quality and the place is very nice, unfortunately it is often the employees who ruin the companies...

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

06/04/2025: Locale destinato alla chiusura per me. Le portate fredde e le bibite calde, sicuramente cosa al quanto probabile antipasti preparati dalla mattina. La gestione e sicuramente stata affidata a persone incompetenti nel settore.
