17/08/2025: Excellent! A magical place in Matera, nestled among the Sassi. A fairly large terrace overlooking the old town. They have a beautiful private museum carved into the rock; a visit is highly recommended.
Very good food with local recipes and dishes.
Excellent service.
Fair prices.

20/07/2025: It was an excellent lunch; we ate on the terrace, which has a beautiful view. The dishes were good, especially the peppered mussels and the first course (strascinati with sausage, Matera bread, and crusco peppers on a caciocavallo cream that was out of this world). The ingredients seemed high-quality. My only complaint: the service was a bit slow. Good value (also considering the very central location).
13/07/2025: I returned to Kappador after some time away, and I can say that the experience was even better than I remembered. We dined on the terrace with a view, in a truly enchanting atmosphere.
Everything was impeccable: attentive service, carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, quality ingredients, and a presentation that demonstrates care and passion.
I found a place that had grown, improved in every detail, without losing its distinctive authenticity. An evening with friends that turned into an experience to remember. Congratulations!

24/07/2025: Abbiamo prenotato presso questo Agriturismo su consiglio di una famiglia di nostri amici e possiamo dire che la loro recensione è confermata: ambiente tranquillo e riposante, aria buona, gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto il personale. Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Cena davvero gustosa, abbondante e ben presentata, davvero superiore a quel che ci si può aspettare da un agriturismo. Spero di tornarci in una prossima vacanza!
27/05/2025: Posto incantevole... abbiamo festeggiato con un pranzo la prima Comunione di un nostro nipotino in questo agriturismo veramente ben organizzato... splendida l'accoglienza da parte del personale della struttura, pulita e molto carina...piscina campo da calcio giardini molto carini e ben curati...il pranzo veramente delizioso con ottime portate ben cucinate con materie prime a km zero e molto gustose.
Consigliato e sicuramente ci ritorneremo
Grazie di tutto e della splendida giornata trascorsa in serenità

23/07/2025: We had an aperitif on the terrace. Hugo, Spritz, and Prosecco accompanied by savory snacks consisting of salted peanuts, chips, and delicious green olives. Everything was delicious. Breathtaking view of Matera. Very beautiful and refreshing.
23/07/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! The restaurant at BV Quarry Matera truly impressed us from the very first moment. The atmosphere is stylish and romantic, with a stunning view that makes every dinner feel special.
The food was outstanding – fresh, refined, and prepared with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the focus on local and seasonal ingredients – you can truly taste the region in every bite. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive, and warm, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
A place to remember – we will definitely be back!

11/06/2025: Bel emplacement et jolie vue pour ce restaurant dont l’accueil est souriant et efficace. Hélas, la cuisine est décevante, entrées peu goûteuses, poissons trop cuits, avec purée de pois froide . Nous n’avons pas aimé nos plats.

The coffee is also noteworthy.

It has certainly improved in terms of yeasts and service.
Recently, always in the bar, a large wall of wines not only Italian has been set up.

04/08/2025: I was really disappointed: the rooms weren't properly cleaned, the bathroom had a dirty shower and traces of mold. Breakfast was also terrible, way below expectations. I really don't think I'll be back.
