11/08/2024: Beautiful outdoor location, nice inside too, and depending on the evening they have live music. My partner and I, with our dog in tow, had dinner with a focaccia with a delicious dough, with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, followed by kebabs and grilled lamb chops, both delicious and delicious, including the potatoes. Normal prices, definitely an experience worth repeating.

02/12/2024: Great cafe but also serve very good food and reasonably priced. Fish stew on Fridays only is amazing you have to pretend book on the Thursday but we'll worth it.

13/09/2024: Passing through Guardiagrele, we stopped for a coffee. Given the notable offer of homemade desserts, we (with my wife) couldn't resist and accompanied our coffee and cappuccino with an excellent almond croissant with cream and one with berries. Really good and fresh and above all not frozen. The friendly and approachable service. We will definitely be back.

22/10/2024: Ci siamo trovati per un pranzo post lavoro, nel momento Dell ordine ho informato il cameriere che fossi gravemente intollerante al lattosio e lui mi ha risposto che non lo usano in cucina, alchè nella mia grande incertezza della sua risposta chiedo se negli spaghetti e vongole ci fosse tracce come burro. Lui con un mezzo sorriso a sguardo abbassato mi riconferma che non lo hanno mai usato. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa con 3 portate UGUALI arrivano i piatti. Erano una colla di BURRO FUSO. Ho immerso il cucchiaio e ne era pieno, dopo qualche boccone i miei dubbi si stavano concretizzando, ho ceduto il piatto al resto del tavolo e alla fine era tutto burro e manciate di prezzemolo. Ho chiamato diverse volte i camerieri che il nostro tavolo lo evitavano se non per 'consegnare' le piatanze. Non sono riuscita a comunicare con nessuno su una cosa che non solo manca di rispetto verso chi si siede educatamente e paga ma peggio ancora la presa in giro. Sicuramente non tornerò mai più visto.

13/10/2024: Sono stato a cena con amici avendo prenotato un tavolo da 4. Inizio col dire che il locale sì presenta molto carino e i camerieri sono gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo ordinato 2 primi di pesce (x 2 persone) ed arrosticini (per le altre 2). Sottolineo che i suddetti piatti, a detta dei nostri amici, erano molto buoni ed il pesce abbastanza fresco. Nel servirci, però, hanno portato soltanto i primi con la conseguenza che le altre due persone, tra cui io, hanno dotuto attendere molto prima di iniziare a cenare: errore assolutamente da evitare per un ristorante che si rispetti. Successivamente, mentre i nostri amici avevano già concluso, sono stati serviti gli arrosticini. È veniamo qui alle note più dolenti: gli arrosticini, appunto, si presentavano abbastanza duri (che denota una carne non di alta qualità) e con una pessima cottura: erano in fatti in molti punti bruciati (si vedeva proprio il nero dovuto processo di carbonizzazione) quando avevo richiesto espressamente una cottura media. Esponendo la problematica ai camerieri, mi sono stati sostitituiti quasi immediatamente ma questi ultimi presentavano ancora una volta una cottura per niente omogenea: fortunatamente le parti bruciate erano molto meno ma in alcuni punti erano crudi, segno che il piano / metodo di cottura non era assolutamente adatto per cuocere gli arrosticini. I quali, ricordo, hanno bisogno proprio di una cottura lenta ed omogenea. Per concludere, bene il pesce, malissimo gli arrosticini.

10/11/2024: Unfortunately, after this experience, I can say that I have definitively put an end to what for years was a fixed appointment for me at Cavalluccio. Every summer it was a tradition to go and eat there, but this year, due to what happened, I won't be going back again. Last August, I went to lunch with my few month old baby. Once seated at the table, we ordered a fish first course. While I had my son in my arms, the dish, very hot, arrived and he, for a moment, put his hand inside, burning his finger. In a panic, I jumped up to protect him, and in the process the plate fell to the floor. I immediately took my son to the bathroom, who was crying desperately from fear. Upon my return to the table, I expected to find a more attentive situation and at least an apology or intervention from the staff. Instead, I found nothing. No one approached me to ask if anything had happened or to offer to fix the situation. When the waiters came to collect the dishes, they did so without even cleaning or making the slightest gesture of attention, as if nothing had happened. I was really disappointed by the behavior of the staff and, unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will never return. It's a real shame, because for many years it was a place I loved, but this time it was too much.

10/12/2024: 20 minute wait for a beer. But maybe if the place is full we can easily pass by. We ordered Pizza and chips: in sequence the chips arrived after the first pizzas. The last one ate the pizza after the first one to receive it had finished a while ago. Absurd I would say. But there were 8 of us and if we wanted to overlook this because making 8 pizzas together is perhaps "difficult", it could be okay. However, they gave us the final blow with half of the pizzas being almost raw, the dough not cooked well and very pale. What's more, salt-free dough. ABOVE, and I repeat not below, my pizza I found a piece of coal probably detached from the oven, I assume electric, definitely not very clean. Grand finale with Karaoke at a very high volume which didn't allow us to say a word among the eight of us and in the end we left immediately. Bad bad, definitely disappointed. PS: I would also add that after your ironic and rude response to the review you confirmed the reality that you are. Criticism must be constructive and provide food for thought to improve.

08/12/2024: Beautiful place, quality food, organizes beautiful evenings with music, it's a pity that they lost part of our order and 2 hours passed between the first part and the second, as it was getting very late a friend of mine would have wanted a dessert to blow out the candles not it was possible because it was after midnight and his birthday had already passed, however I will go back to give the staff a second chance, there could be an oversight but we should know how to fix it, which they didn't do
