08/08/2024: Avevo adocchiato questo locale da tempo e finalmente ci siamo andati. Buona accoglienza, titolare molto alla mano e molto informale. Abbiamo preso la "chitarrina al ragù" e una grigliata mista, entrambe molto buone. Buona cantina, prezzi medi.

04/02/2024: Terrible experience.. Saturday evening at 9pm for an aperitif, I enter greeting in a polite way and the owner doesn't even look at me in the face, he approached me asking if I could sit down and even there he turns with his back to me and no response.. I wait another 10 minutes in front to him but the result hasn't changed... nothing, I leave the room comfortably as if nothing had happened... absolutely absurd

11/08/2024: Small delicatessen in the center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio with tables. They don't provide table service but they give you a tray with which you can conveniently bring your things to the table! The fiadone (typical rustic Abruzzo cheese with cheese) and the craft beer are excellent. Ideal for a quick lunch!

22/07/2024: Literally nestled in a narrow street in Santo Stefano del Sessanio, it is a special place for a quick snack based on local cured meats and cheeses. Good list of Abruzzo wines to taste in the cave. Yes, there is a cave where you can have a snack in the cool. A little claustrophobic but nothing to worry about.

26/08/2024: Sotto l'arco di Porta s. Antonio (e sulla piazzetta resa famosa dal film "Parenti serpenti") il locale è semplice, fresco, curato. Le ragazze di sala sono molto gentili, il servizio è veloce e attento. Bello e ricco il buffet degli antipasti (da provare la ricotta tiepida di pecora), buonissimi i primi della tradizione (ravioloni abruzzesi e chitarra alle zucchine), carni di ottima qualità, deliziosa la cassata sulmonese. Porzioni non enormi (almeno rispetto alla media in Abruzzo..) e conto molto onesto.

25/08/2024: Ristorante entro le mura del centro storico di Sulmona, vicino al B&B e ben consigliato. 2 Dale una con aria condizionata e una con pale un po' più caldo. Menù con piatti abruzzesi con qualche novità. Personale simpatico e attento al cliente. Piatti generosi e prezzi nella norma. Siamo stati 2 sere di fila per apprezzare quello che non avevamo provato la prima sera.fa provare ma ricordate di prenotare.

29/07/2024: The quality of the pastry products is undeniable, unfortunately the questionable ways of some waiters towards children will lead me to choose other bars. Without passing as a "psychologist", I advise you to take care of your approach with customers.

26/06/2024: Stop during the visit to L'Aquila. Spritz, salad, water and coffee. Good prices. The spritz had too much ice and too little spritz. Normal salad. Nice location on the main street. Fast service.

26/05/2024: Ottimo bar per fare aperitivo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo… Il prezzo dell’aperitivo è di 2€ a testa. Consiglio vivamente per un aperitivo con amici.

20/07/2024: The waiter relaxes and smokes another fag, which is of course more important than bringing the guests the bill. The staff work without motivation and push me around without apologizing. Bad service!!!!

12/08/2024: Esperienza a dir poco negativa, non vedevamo l'ora che finisse la cena per andarcene a casa: titolare e cameriera che litigavano, pane che sapeva di detersivo, il servizio lentissimo....era il primo giorno di vacanza e volevamo passare una bella serata. Peccato, è un ristorante che si trova in uno dei posti più belli d'Italia...se continua così credo che chiuderà molto presto.

10/08/2024: Esperienza negativa, la location molto carina e il cibo buono, ma il titolare è stato scortese e supponente. Bisognerebbe imparare a trattare i clienti come tali!

11/08/2024: Pastry shop overlooking a state road, but the outdoor tables are welcoming and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices. Very good cappuccino, the croissants and pastries are home-made, the variety is not huge but those offered are very good and fresh.

12/07/2024: Excellent breakfasts for whatever needs you might have! Excellent quality handmade pastas and various delicacies in the laboratory adjacent to the bar. However, I give 3 stars to the service, since sometimes it happened that the staff, especially on holidays, had a bit of difficulty managing the customers and brought us different things to those we ordered; I realize that, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a great amount of work and therefore these situations may happen to occur, however, as a Local Guide, I am called upon to accurately describe the places I have visited and therefore both to praise or, sometimes, to criticize certain aspects that I didn't like... the "criticism" that I address to you must be taken in a constructive way, to improve the quality of the service, since, as already said previously, the pastas are excellent, in fact I gave the food 5 stars. As far as the environment is concerned, I give 4 stars because first of all I wouldn't mind if there were more seats outside even if I realize that that's the space available; then because I am not a fan of street activities, especially a very busy road like the National Adriatica, even though I understand that, from a visibility point of view, it is an excellent strategic position. In general, however, I recommend going to this bar, essentially to taste their handmade pasta, a peculiarity that certainly cannot be found in other places!
