29/01/2025: after having agreed on a menu, "questionable" extra costs emerged at the time of payment. Given the aggressiveness on the part of the property regarding the balance, we did not argue and paid. However, for my part it is my duty to report this behavior to all potential customers.
16/01/2025: Every time I passed this restaurant, in a passage that reminds me of an enchanted valley, I wanted to try it. It met the expectation, the environment more refined than I expected. Very kind and attentive welcome.

The culinary journey offered by Incalmo is simply wonderful. Each dish is a unique experience, designed down to the smallest detail to delight the palate and surprise the senses. The atmosphere is refined, and the staff stands out for its friendliness and elegance, making you feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. A place that I recommend to anyone looking for excellence and refinement at the table!
18/01/2025: A dream, the guys were fantastic. Lunch is a culinary journey with attention to every detail by the staff. It was very pleasant to be able to talk with the staff and at the end of the lunch also with Chef Francesco, who shared his vision of cooking with us.
The quality is excellent and the price correct and consistent, but on the other hand when you feel this good any price is right! Thanks guys.

04/02/2025: Warning: club sandwiches are cheap, but small. My advice is to order two per person, one substantial and one simpler; or, pair it with an appetizer. So, you eat and spend like in other places of this type.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. I especially enjoyed eating "in the confessional." Above all, the owner and the staff in general were pleasant.

20/01/2025: I strongly recommend anyone to try this restaurant again and again to have a wonderful experience in contact with the culinary culture of Eritrea. The food is really excellent, the menu also offers options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is very kind, in particular the owner is very helpful and passionate in explaining and recommending the dishes. The room is furnished in a very simple and essential way. I will definitely be back!
19/01/2025: The family atmosphere of the place and the kindness of the owner make a very special dinner.
I recommend the Friendship Plate to be able to taste multiple dishes (you need half a portion of each).
Be careful, they fill up a lot.
Pleasant surprise: a delicious cinnamon tea offered at the end of dinner which helped us digest.

06/02/2025: Just ate the most delicious meal with charming service - octopus stew exemplary; lovely prawn and scallop starters; beautiful black cabbage risotto- wish we had discovered this little gem earlier in our trip….had walked past it several times.
30/01/2025: Ristorante adocchiato più volte e finalmente ci siamo entrati.
Servizio eccellente ed attento.
La qualità dei prodotti indiscutibili e si vede una profonda ricerca misto,tra novità e tradizione.
Il risotto al cavolo nero era delizioso, forse un po’ poco.
Bigoli saporiti, il dolce cioccolato e pera si mangiava da solo.
Gamberi scottati su crema di pane, forse li avrei evitati la crema di pane, i gamberi erano cotti alla perfezione e gustosi senza bisogno di crema, suggerisco di lasciali al naturale.
Per finire tornerei molto volentieri ma il prezzo è decisamente troppo alto, non adatto a tutte le tasche, ma da provare almeno una volta senza pentimento.

19/01/2025: Beautiful 17th century villa, Friendly staff makes you feel at home. Rooms very clean with nice pillows and sheets. Good restaurant as well. Provides shuttle to/from Fiera de Vicenza for a small fee which was very helpful and advise to use.
08/11/2024: I was in this villa for a meeting, a wonderful conference room, a museum more than a room, frescoes and decorations.
Then there is a huge and well organized dining room. Unfortunately it was raining and we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces which seem generous and well looked after.
Nice experience.

17/12/2024: I have to be honest, I already didn't have high expectations and I just wanted to stop somewhere for a quick lunch and from this point of view, the staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. The environment is bright but it doesn't really give the impression of a restaurant in my opinion. Too bad I didn't like the food very much. I had imagined the fish balls in a different way and I didn't think they were basically falafel, which I don't like, while the basic ricotta sauce was good. As for the omelette, I didn't find anything particularly special about it. Finally the pasta was a little over cooked.

02/08/2024: Excellent value for money, I was a guest for more than 15 days in the attached hotel and I think I tried most of the dishes they prepare. Each dish is prepared with top quality ingredients and with the right balance of flavours. They were also very helpful with every request. A special thanks to Alessandro the handyman who, despite not being the owner, works as if he were. Thanks for everything

30/12/2024: Non male l'Americanino, bel locale del centro di Abano Terme che abbiamo provato la scorsa domenica per una pausa in tardo pomeriggio. Giunti in loco sulle 18.30 🕡 scambiandolo di primo acchito per l'American Bar (struttura effettivamente presente in Viale delle Terme, ma ad un numero civico diverso), ci siamo seduti ad un tavolo all'aperto accanto ad una stufa "a fungo" con la sua bella fiamma accesa 🔥 (sempre gradevole trovarle durante l'inverno ❄️). In breve abbiamo dato un'occhiata 👀 al listino 📋 optando per una tisana 🫖 "Magia de Granada" e un Morellino Riserva 🍷. Molto buono 😋 quest'ultimo, servito peraltro con patatine e capperi/olive 🫒, in virtù di un retrogusto affumicato che ho particolarmente apprezzato. Gentili i membri dello staff, dalle ragazze 👩🏼👱🏻♀️ addette ai tavoli (la più giovane 👱🏻♀️ ci ha anche offerto un paio di coperte di pile per coprire le gambe) al responsabile 🧑🏻 con cui abbiamo saldato il conto in cassa (a proposito, 9,50 euro 💶 il totale). Bagni 🚾 puliti e in ordine 🚽🧻🧴. A noi è piaciuto quindi LO CONSIGLIO 👍🏻.
29/11/2024: Davvero molto romantico questo locale situato nella zona pedonale della bellissima Abano terme.il personale davvero molto gentile il caffè servito nella veranda esterna riscaldata molto buono.. c'è anche una vastità di tisane x tutti i gusti.. se capitate in questa zona merita davvero una visita questa caffetteria

23/01/2025: I was there some time ago (not that it was the first time) for a dinner with colleagues, and I must say that the evening was very pleasant. We sat at the back, next to the glass window behind which various kegs 🛢 of beer 🍺 are displayed. I ordered a medium Coke 🥤 with lemon 🍋 and a cockerel 🍗 with amarone (very good 😋) accompanied by grilled vegetables (courgettes 🥒 and aubergines 🍆...I think a pepper 🌶 could also have been added but oh well). I would say the service was good, among other things at the end of the evening they also offered us Anima nera and Limoncello at the counter. Overall, clean 🚾 bathrooms 🚽🧻. Recommended 👍.
