The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff and owner were the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back! Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: This pastry shop is overrated, offering terrible value for money. It once boasted a more sophisticated, modern pastry shop, but for many years it's been offering the same products as all the other pastry shops in Palermo, with prices far above average and for no good reason.
The owner has no qualms about yelling at his staff in the shop.
06/01/2026: Terrible products. I had a maritozzo with cream. It was hard, and the cream tasted like it was from the fridge. It definitely wasn't fresh. The prices are sky-high. I don't recommend it. Never again.

17/10/2025: Having dinner with family on vacation, I expected more, nothing special or exceptional. How could you not have stigliole and spring onions in San Cataldo?
The waitress took our order three times because when she got to the kitchen, what we'd ordered was gone.

13/01/2026: Who doesn't enjoy swimming in a pool with cigarettes butts. Good things swimming caps are mandatory, but too bad no one told us it's not forced anyway, and in the end we didn't have to buy those swimming caps I guess. No lifeguard at the pool. Loud partying noises till 3am. When at 2am I called reception, because I couldn't sleep, they told me "1 hour" and left the phone hanging, so if you are planning your RELAXING STAY/VACATION it would probably be better to avoid this hotel.
05/01/2026: We stayed here for the first two days and the last day of a tour. The motto: great at the front, terrible at the back. We had a "handicapped room" for two nights. Large, with a balcony and a sea view. It was fine! On the last day, we had a room at the back. Small, with a view of slum-like alleys. Water reached the middle of the bathroom when we showered. On the day of departure, at 6:15 a.m. (it was still dark outside), the power outage in the room! We had to pack our suitcases using our cell phone lights! Later, we received no response, apology, or anything like that at reception. And why can't they replace this "balcony furniture"?

15/01/2026: The food was poor quality and very small in quantity. The room was unsuitable for dancing with the bride and groom, as it was very narrow and long. There were also several acoustic problems for the DJ, perhaps due to the glass walls and the distance between the walls.
16/09/2025: This venue is a true gem, with an enchanting atmosphere and a very elegant room overlooking the pool. I recommend it to anyone who, like us, has chosen to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in a setting of extreme elegance and refinement.

I was thinking of spending a different evening, perhaps with some smooth dancing. From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM they put on two Fox and two tangos, then it was all line dancing.
26/01/2026: The place is suitable for dancing, the price is modest but the pizza leaves a little to be desired.
