The egg cream married magnificently with the crispy guanciale, creating a rich and enveloping dish that celebrates the Italian culinary tradition. Every bite was a triumph of flavor! After the first course, I decided to end the dinner with a coffee, and here C'era Una Volta truly exceeded all expectations. 13/05/2025: Ci passo tutte le volte che vengo a Palau in vacanza....sempre una certezza! uno dei pochi ristoranti in zona che utilizza Pesce Fresco, che produce pane, che realizza piatti della tradizione con un tocco di modernità. Elogio a tutto il menù...obbligatorio assaggiare il mix di antipasti (consiglio quello con più portate). Complimenti Francesco
