21/11/2024: More than positive experiences. Excellent food quality, excellent service, pleasant location and reasonable prices, especially in relation to the quality. I confirm this having been there several times, definitely recommended.

01/11/2024: A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

The owner's passion for local products translates perfectly into the dishes in which there is a perfect balance between quality ingredients, coming from the surrounding area, and more current combinations that never border on the excessively sophisticated. In short, a perfect synthesis between an old-time trattoria and a modern restaurant. A note of merit for the wine, carefully selected and never banal. Double note of merit for the desserts, rigorously homemade, as simple as they are authentic. Very honest value for money, certainly to be chosen as a regular restaurant.

08/01/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Villa De Grecis on January 4th and it was perfect! But our experience was positive from the first meeting with Luca: an exquisite person and magnificent "architect" of the event, a source of advice starting from the choice of the date up to the place cards. Always available, efficient and timely. Exceptional! Francesco was also superlative... Guardian angel of the room and of the spouses: always attentive and present during the lunch albeit with enormous discretion. “It's there but you can't see it”... it seems like it reads minds due to its ability to materialize at the right time to satisfy every need of the bride and groom and guests... The location is wonderful... the photos don't do justice to the enchanting atmosphere you can feel while there! The food was superb. An excellent menu both in quality, taste and quantity. The chef is a true master and even the "alternative" menus (for various intolerances/vegan/no fish) were of a high standard. Maximum availability even for last minute changes on individual dishes to meet everyone's needs. Perfect dining room staff: discreet, efficient and very kind. We are the spouses and obviously we are biased but we were happy to know, collecting the opinions of friends and relatives (especially the close ones who don't mince their words), that their experience was identical to ours! 01/01/2025: Yesterday my family and I were customers at Villa de Grecis for the New Year's Eve dinner. The food was good and the staff kind and friendly, but unfortunately they were the only pleasant things in our opinion, because the dinner started very late and for this reason the dishes were brought close together, the music was not suitable for the context, there was little space for dancing because 12 place settings were placed in tables of 8 people, so it was cramped. During dinner several plates and I believe also several glasses were accidentally broken by the staff. On the menu it was written "traditional desserts" and only a few slices of panettone were served, finally the lentils were served without the cotechino, which it's also good but in context the evening was absolutely not up to the asking price.

08/01/2025: The stay was a pleasant reconfirmation and it is not the first time I have brought a group to this structure, always kind in their welcome and immediately ready for customer requests. Clean rooms, perfect bed linen and towels. The thing I like most is the shower, large and relaxing thanks to the play of lights. Breakfast is also varied, plentiful from sweet to savory, a small gem is the good cheeses, ricotta and burrata. The only flaw is the waiting time for dinner, which was repaid by the good quality of the food and a beautiful musical evening. We'll see you soon with other groups

06/01/2025: I've been to this place these days, the shower was plugged, the mattress was disgusting, the blanket was yellow inside, dinner, although we were booked for 9pm, the first course arrived at 10.35pm, breakfast in the morning lacked fruit.

30/12/2024: Non saprei dire da quanti anni frequento questo ristorante ma, di certo, posso affermare che la qualità del cibo è sempre molto alta e non teme confronti. Sicuramente incidono anche lo stile del locale che, col suo arredamento in legno con parquet, rievoca quei circoli esclusivi riservati agli ufficiali di sua maestà di fine settecento, nonché la simpatia e l’accoglienza di Michele e Grazia, i proprietari. Il menù ha proposte sia di terra che di mare con antipasti gustosi frutto di anni di ricerca e sperimentazioni. Confesso che vi sono diversi piatti che hanno un posto speciale nel mio cuore e tra questi ricordo la parmigiana di pesce in pasta kataifi, o gli strascinati con funghi cardoncelli e salsiccia con una spolverata di tartufo, o anche il filetto di ombrina su una vellutata di pesto e yogurt giusto per citarne alcuni. La carta dei vini ha molte proposte valide proprio per poter offrire alternative alla continua evoluzione della cucina. I prezzi sono onesti e si esce dal locale soddisfatti e con un imperativo categorico: ritornare.

20/12/2024: Nice location, great music and helpful staff. We ordered tuna and salmon tartare with passion fruit and mango, but for €20 I would say that the quantity was really more than small. I ordered the sea bream and the person with me ordered Gallipoli swordfish. Once the sea bream was ready, the waiter asked us if we wanted to bone it or he could do it, well I wouldn't have even asked since it's his job and it has to be boned, but rightly the "beauty" of life was more important, since I it was served in pieces and with all the thorns. When asked to thorn it, because it was inedible, we say it had been destroyed, but let's ignore it. Then I asked if the swordfish was fresh, chilled or frozen, I was told fresh chilled. Killing fish products is a must, it is not done for fun, it is a process that serves to block the proliferation of bacteria and more. So I wonder if the taste is too strong, especially the blood, is it chilled or frozen? We will never know. It wasn't the best experience and to say that the bill was salty is an understatement!!! Cost - food - service in short leave a bad taste in the mouth. Definitely won't be back!

14/01/2025: Beautiful location, well maintained with very large internal parking and, in general, very generous spaces. A note for improvement: at the end of the evening it was cold in the room due, probably, to a recirculation of air. Result: children with a cold...!
