12/10/2025: I've been to this pizzeria many times (both before it changed ownership and under the current management) and I have to say the food is always good. Both medium and high pizzas, a fairly varied menu, and reasonable prices. Service is always prompt. Recommended.

10/10/2025: September 2024 I've been to this restaurant a year later and I must confirm everything I've said previously. Some family members joined me, and I took them to this "little treasure," letting them taste not only the spaghetti cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib-eye steak... a delicious piece of meat cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the quality of the service and their responsiveness to our requests are second to none. For me, I classify it as an "essential" stop for anyone visiting Salento for a gastronomic experience. Fernando, I'm from Bari, which isn't around the corner. I'll try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle." September 2025 I usually come to eat at this restaurant during the period (late September, early October) when I'm taking my spa treatments. I reiterate my empathy for this place, to Fernando and his staff. This time I had lunch, while the others had dinner, and even though it was almost past 12:15, they gave me the attention a customer notices. They offered me spaghetti cacio e pepe with porcini mushrooms, a Grigglestone cube roll, wine, and a digestif. Price is relative when the dishes are exceptionally flavorful and prepared. I certainly didn't pay cheap, but if you compare the price to the quality of the food, the location, and the service... 03/10/2025: A good hotel with modern amenities. The service is efficient. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and functional. The meals are good, especially breakfast with a wide selection of homemade cakes and pastries.

27/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during our vacation in Manfredonia and it was a pleasant discovery: great prices and good food. I absolutely recommend the meatballs. We also had the baked pasta and lasagna and were completely satisfied. When we return to Manfredonia, we'll definitely stop by again for takeout.

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last night (August 6), encouraged both by word of mouth and the excellent reviews. The restaurant is located in the historic center, so parking may be a challenge. However, we were lucky: we found a paid spot about a hundred meters away. The restaurant appears to have been converted from what was probably a private home, so don't expect large reception rooms, but rather rooms adapted for the purpose, with tables set up wherever possible, including outside. Let's be clear: if you follow a specific diet or prefer à la carte dining, this might not be the right place. The menu is fixed, with no menu, and offers three options for 20, 25, or 30 euros, differing only in the number of courses (more or less starters and main courses). All menus start with 12 appetizers (yes, twelve!) offering a veritable array of typical Apulian dishes: dairy products, eggplant, zucchini, fava beans, capocollo... a journey through traditional flavors. Nothing like gourmet cuisine: here you dive into the past, into those genuine flavors reminiscent of Sunday lunches with your parents and grandmothers. It's true traditional Apulian cuisine, unfussy yet rich in authenticity. We chose the €20 menu, which included a second course, and opted for the mixed grill. Truth be told, we were already full after the appetizers, but with chicken livers, bombette, and the like... how could you say no? The price also includes water and, in our case, half a liter of local red wine. What more can I say, except that the welcome was exemplary? An experience we recommend to those seeking authentic flavors, generous portions, and a family atmosphere. It will be added to our list of restaurants to return to, perhaps for lunch :-)

13/07/2025: After 10 years, we've found the same kindness, professionalism, and hospitality we experienced when we celebrated my sister's wedding. Today, once again, they confirm their excellence, both for the location—surrounded by greenery, renovated and meticulously maintained—and for the dishes, which showcased the quality of the ingredients and masterful preparation. Thanks again to the management and the waiters, a balance of professionalism and friendliness, for pampering us on a special occasion: my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.

22/08/2025: I booked here for two with the fork. It was a truly enjoyable evening that I would happily repeat! The menu offers a good variety across the various courses, including a truly extensive dessert menu that's rarely found in a restaurant. The wine list is excellent. There's also a choice of first and second courses of the day. Everything we ordered was perfect, both in quality and portions. I was almost disappointed. But on the plus side, when the pavlova arrived, the photo I uploaded doesn't convey the size—it was practically two portions, almost three! And it was spectacular! The setting and staff absolutely lived up to what you'd expect from a restaurant in a 4-star hotel, even more. You truly feel like an important guest eating here! Thanks again for dinner yesterday! The price was almost too low for what we ate: a starter, two main courses, two desserts (not ready-made stuff from the fridge, but real desserts), beer, and coffee for just over 80 euros, even less with The Fork's discount!

16/09/2025: Beautiful location. An unexpected garden, with beautiful plants and well-kept lawns. I attended a wedding reception at this villa and was truly enchanted. The setting was simple but perfect, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

The beauty of the Villa, the attention to every detail both inside and out, the professionalism of the entire staff, but above all the elegance, discretion, and refinement of this hidden gem in the heart of Bari, are worthy of praise. Luca was there for us every step of the way, with availability and expertise, listening to our every need and managing to make everything exactly as we had imagined. The cuisine is top-notch, the dishes are refined, the service impeccable. Our special thanks also go to Francesco, the maître d', who was by our side throughout the evening, and to the very sweet Eleonora, who took care of us. Our guests continue to compliment us on everything. This wonderful Villa embodies everything a couple could wish for. 05/07/2025: The masseria is a real gem in the heart of Salento, looked after with great care by the owner, Mr. Barone and the staff. Excellent breakfast with all dairy products from the family business and sweets from Apulian patisserie. Very convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento!! Gallipoli is close by and can be reached with the bicycles made available...
