21/09/2025: The place is beautiful and quaint, the dishes are refined and delicious, the only real flaw is that the service was extremely slow. We ordered the first course at 1:00 PM and ate two courses in an hour and a half. Finally, we ordered dessert and coffee, but after a 20-minute wait, we forgot about dessert and waited another 15 minutes for coffee. Two hours is definitely too long to eat two courses. This is why it's given a one-star review. Plus, you can't pay by credit card, only cash. I can't recommend the place.

15/08/2025: The single star is due to a single incident that I find particularly unpleasant. Even on the phone (for dinner), the lady specifically stated...cash payments ONLY... I don't think it's a coincidence, but rather a standard practice (confirmed by a friend who was there for lunch on a weekday). I don't think this is acceptable in 2025; the option of electronic payment must be guaranteed.

20/07/2025: A local bar and tobacco shop run by friendly, local Chinese. A wide selection of wines, spritzes, and the famous "house aperitif," as well as pre-packaged and tub-and-cone ice creams. Lotto games and similar games are available. Wheelchair access is limited due to three steps. Outside, there are chairs and tables to seat about 10-12 people. Nearby, there's a square with a church worth a visit, and the historic "pass" over the Livenza River.

12/03/2025: A historic local bar, which hasn't lost its identity under its current management. Lisa and Ping are wonderful; their kindness and courtesy make this the perfect place for an evening with friends.

03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.

24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.

29/07/2025: Viajando con un grupo de 33 personas, cenamos en este atractivo restaurante anoche. Pasando por el comedor principal hacia atrás hay un comedor al aire libre con plantas y arbustos. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Empezamos con una ensalada mixta, que tenía muchos trozos de tomate. Lo siguiente fue muy buen risotto de hongos, y una galette de queso y espinacas. Me hubiera gustado tener algo de guarnición en el plato.

20/07/2025: Certo, non sarà il Grand Hotel Et Des Iles Borromees, ma se cercate un buon alberghetto tranquillo, in pieno centro a Stresa, a 3 minuti a piedi dal lago e dall'imbarcadero, con camere essenziali ma pulitissime e perfettamente insonorizzate con bagno con sanitari rinnovati, e letto supercomodo, il Fiorentino fa per voi. Molto gentili il signor Federico e i suoi collaboratori, pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; convenzionale, ma con prodotti di qualità dolci e salati (veramente ottime le marmellate) la colazione, con bevande calde espresse direttamente dal bar. Prezzo nella norma. Possibilità di usufruire di un ottimo servizio ristorante (che ho già valutato positivamente in passato).

08/04/2025: As President of the Zonta Club of Pinerolo, I have just concluded an event divided into two evenings, at this fantastic location both from the point of view of the structure and from the organizational point of view. Alessandro is a perfect "host", empathetic, collaborative and professional. The spaces, the rooms, the green areas and the cellar/infernot, really well-kept and up to the level of the overall structure. As regards food and service, Agu' catering was always up to the standard of "Casci" and the delicious and appetizing foods were served by attentive and attentive staff. I highly recommend the facility and catering and hope to be able to organize other events. Last but not least, having had external guests who stayed at the Cascinetta, I report that this service was also taken care of and managed well.

16/09/2025: We started out a little prejudiced, to be honest, but unfortunately, our impressions were not contradicted. As soon as we arrived, they offered us a mix of appetizers, each dish practically a full appetizer, and they brought out four dishes. Naturally, we paid full price. Then they offered us fresh agnolotti made by them that morning. Okay, let's have them. They had different consistencies on the same plate, but oh well. A liter and a half of water from Lidl was nearby. Generous portions and strange staff. It's a shame, however, that when we went to pay the bill at the register, in addition to the price being too high for what we ate, I discovered that in the fridge next to the register there was a large bag of frozen agnolotti. Now it all makes sense. I definitely won't go back, and I warn others against going there. I advise the owners to be more honest to avoid making a fool of themselves... Oh, I forgot, their dog lives in the kitchen.

27/09/2025: Closed for over a month. They haven't reopened since the summer holidays. A faded note said they'd be back on August 30th. Let's hope they reopen sooner or later. The kebab was good and the prices were fair.

18/08/2025: Stay away from this place. It has no seriousness in its service and no professionalism. They take reservations, you receive an email asking you to confirm your arrival, and when you arrive, it's closed. They waste your time. They don't let you know they'll be closing that day. So, it's a high-risk establishment.

05/06/2025: Trattandosi del ristorante di un hotel 4 stelle 🌟 non potrebbe essere diversamente: grande sala, anche per accogliere utenti di convegni ed eventi che si svolgono nella struttura; camerieri vestiti.. formalmente, tavoli ben sistemati e distanziati…, ed anche ovviamente ottimo menù, anche se non troppo dispersivo… Per quanto provato ottimo il vitello tonnato, i tagliolini “molti tuorli” agli asparagi ed il bonet quale dessert, con due calici di vino dei Colli Tortonesi…, l’ormai famoso Timorasso… Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi equi e servizio cordiale ma “da signori”, quindi locale .. da tornarci…

22/10/2025: As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a large antique fireplace, and the entire atmosphere is a blend of old and new. You can choose between the à la carte menu or the daily menu. It's located just steps from Domodossola's central squares. You should definitely come in spring or summer to fully enjoy the view of the rooftops and the beautiful village.

19/10/2025: A random choice during a Sunday stroll through Domodossola (a group of five). They were willing to accommodate us even though we hadn't booked. The location is warm and welcoming, with artwork, music, and soft lighting. We chose the Sunday menu. The lard and cheese appetizer on a bed of quinces is noteworthy. For our first course, we chose the green lasagna with venison ragù, complemented by two à la carte first courses: the gnocchi all'Ossolana, highly recommended, and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The roast chestnuts with baked potatoes reminded us of Sunday lunches at home. We were amazed by the quality of the carafe wine, as was the delicious crème caramel, which concluded a flavorful meal we highly recommend.

10/07/2025: We organized an end-of-year pizza party at Korallo and were thrilled! The brick pizza, the pan pizza, and the farinata were excellent, and the prices were very fair. But what struck us most were the kindness and organization. The staff were wonderful, attentive, fast, and incredibly kind. Even though there were 20 of us and we'd all ordered different pizzas at the same time, they managed to serve us practically at the same time. Congratulations! Thank you!

09/07/2025: We had a set menu, no option to choose just one item, and if you don't like it, you have to make do... a plate of penne with sauce, something decent, rotten salad, had to be changed, very small grilled chicken breast, water and coffee like broth, all for 10 euros... But then the rotten salad was taken away, saying it was good, but they changed it... I definitely won't be going back.
