02/03/2026: Stunning location. The photos speak for themselves, and they don't even do it justice. The atmosphere is refined, beautiful, and relaxing... not to mention the super friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. Eating with that view is truly satisfying, and the food is refined and delicious, as is the wine selection. It's not a cheap restaurant, but the location, the view, the atmosphere, and the quality of the food are worth every penny. I'll be back as soon as possible!
P.S. Don't worry about parking. They have a small parking garage.
13/01/2026: What distinguishes Acquadolce is the clarity of its culinary thinking. The menu is structured around four distinct identities: Lago, Mare, Valli, and Giardino, offering a precise and intelligent way of understanding territory, seasons, and intentions.
Each menu feels internally coherent rather than thematic. The Lago dishes express restraint and depth, with flavours that are measured and quietly confident. Mare is handled with precision, favouring balance over intensity, while Valli introduces a richer, more grounded register without heaviness. Giardino, often the most revealing test of a kitchen, is thoughtful and complete, never treated as a secondary option.
Across all paths, the cooking shows discipline and judgement. Ingredients are respected, combinations are purposeful, and nothing feels decorative or excessive. The pacing of the meal is unhurried and well considered, allowing the experience to unfold naturally.

Excellent food and superb service from Laura!
The option of karaoke after the meal is also great.
The price is average for the place.
14/12/2025: We took the funicular up to Brunate, enjoyed the view from the lighthouse, and then were intrigued by the menu at "la polenteria"

14/02/2026: Very well located, close to the lake. Very friendly stuff, they found is a table even though it was crowded. In winter pretty cold inside. Good food but not excellent.
11/02/2026: All the reviews said they cater to gluten free but when we got there he said there was only gluten free risotto. This might be because of winter but the guy told us no one further down had gluten free when in fact the next open restaurant had plenty of options.

14/02/2026: It's a shame, it used to be an excellent restaurant, but since the management changed, it's not worth half a star. We had a terrible time, and it ruined our evening.
The food was inedible, and the arrogant manager even attacked us, raising his voice, saying we don't know how to eat, that the food was good, and that we just have different tastes. Four out of four dishes were left over...
"If you knew Gorgonzola, you'd know it's salty," these exact words after I told him that the polenta with Gorgonzola was way too salty and that you could taste the salt added at the last minute (since in 33 years I've never eaten it or used it in cooking...).
Aside from the fact that it was absurd to pay for everything without having eaten, he also tried every possible way to get us to pay in cash instead of by card. No discount, no apologies, just accusations against criticism that could have been constructive if taken differently.
If a restaurant is completely empty on a Friday night and the only table has all its dishes left over… I would ask myself two questions.
01/02/2026: I was really disappointed. The service was terrible. They even delivered a dish we hadn't even ordered. The water ran out at the end, and the rare meat I had ordered was overcooked. I really don't recommend it.

10/06/2025: Un restaurante italiano absolutamente genial. Comimos aquí nuestra primera noche en el lago de Como y los ocho de nosotros disfrutamos de nuestras comidas. La comida era excelente y el personal era genial. El propietario del restaurante es muy visible y se asegura de que todos los aspectos del servicio y las comidas están a la altura de sus altos estándares. Podríamos recomendar platos específicos, pero francamente todas las selecciones eran geniales. Éramos ocho y todos estábamos satisfechos con su selección.
La mejor recomendación que uno puede dar es si regresa. Bueno, lo hicimos en nuestra última noche. El propietario fue capaz de acomodar nuestra fiesta de ocho de nuevo y la experiencia fue genial como lo fue la primera noche. Recomendamos encarecidamente este restaurante Están altamente calificados en Trip Advisors y sin duda entendemos por qué están altamente calificados. Asegúrese de tener una reserva, ya que este es un restaurante más pequeño.

Abitando a Cernobbio lo conosco molto bene e l’ho scelto più volte in occasioni diverse, da un incontro speciale a due, a una cena con amici, un evento particolare o una cena aziendale.
Sergio è una garanzia, sai che farai bella figura con chiunque porterai.
È un professionista vero e sa fare il suo lavoro, cosa rara di questi tempi.
Lo vedi dalla cura dei dettagli, dall’attenzione che riserva ai suoi clienti, dalle materie prime che sceglie e ciò che propone di volta in volta.
La veranda d’estate ed il giardino si prestano anche agli eventi più formali, ma la sala con il camino ha un’atmosfera magica e un’eleganza senza tempo.
Una bella cantina importante e buon cibo.
Il ristorante propone sempre piatti ricercati, di altissima qualità.
Inizi con grissini e burro fatti in casa e del buon vino e vai sempre sul sicuro.
Se vi piace la pizza napoletana, è il vostro posto.
Non potrei consigliarlo di più, la qualità si paga e qui sai sempre che spenderai bene i tuoi soldi. Bravi sempre.

17/06/2024: Ich wollte mit meinem Sohn in dem Restaurant zu Abend essen. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Platz für uns gibt, obwohl nur ein Tisch besetzt war. Seit Jahrzehnten bin ich in 5 Sterne Hotels zu Gast. Dieses Ereignis habe ich zum Anlass genommen Bellagio zu verlassen. Das Personal ist nicht nur unhöflich, sondern hat scheinbar keine gute Menschenkenntnis!
13/06/2024: Paramos en el bar para tomar unas copas por la noche (nos alojamos en el Hotel Florence de al lado). Hermoso bar, un montón de cómodas zonas de estar, y un gran pianista le dio un ambiente maravilloso. El servidor era muy atento y realmente tratan de que sea una experiencia para sus huéspedes. Muchas bebidas / cócteles en el menú llevan el nombre de personas famosas, caro pero divertido. Una buena manera de terminar una noche.

08/09/2024: El servicio es excepcional en este lugar. Personal atento y servicial que trabaja duro. Su menú cambia todos los días y sabes que estás recibiendo comida fresca que está bien presentada. En una relación calidad-precio esto a cabo los otros restaurantes en el sitio (no fuimos a la terraza de la azotea precio uno superior) .
Creo que los vinos se compran mejor por botella si te quedas; pueden guardarlos para otra cena. Por el vidrio es caro.
Si bien los restaurantes locales podrían ser mejores, es tan conveniente tener esto en el lugar con personal que muestre tal cuidado. Sí, hay niños que ocasionalmente pueden ser ruidosos y el ladrido de perro extraño! Pero tienen una gran área para los bebés lejos de la mayoría de los comensales y siempre fuimos muy bien recibidos y sentados adecuadamente.
Un buen restaurante con una buena gama de menús y variaciones.
