We were very positively surprised by the food and the ambience. A real insider tip...The next time we visit we'll try a pizza from the stone oven...we also had our dog with us, which was absolutely no problem.
Admittedly the journey is a bit adventurous, but also really worthwhile...

18/02/2024: My family and I had a Sunday lunch at this Romagna cuisine restaurant. The environment is rustic and welcoming, typical of a trattoria. We ordered a mixed starter of crostini. The variety was good, but we weren't particularly impressed with the flavor. For the first courses, we chose tagliatelle with ragù and gnez (homemade pasta made from polenta) with beans. The noodles were good. The gnez, however, were a little too salty and the bean cream covered the flavor of the pasta. For second courses, we had some cuts and grilled meat. The meat was good and the grilled portion was generous. To accompany the second courses, we ordered dip, gratin and grilled vegetables. The service was fast and efficient. Maybe a little too "present" and pressing in wanting to clear the dishes. Prices are normal for a restaurant that offers Romagna cuisine. If you are looking for a restaurant serving Romagna cuisine with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, this place is a good choice.

11/03/2024: Pleasant setting in the pedestrian area. Historic venue with comfortable outdoor seating. Very nice and tasteful interior furnishings. The plates, glasses and cutlery are original, combined with style and attention to detail. Attentive service and delicious and abundant dishes, including desserts. Super cellar. Owner and staff are very kind and professional.

We went there specifically to take a look at it, there's nothing there, everything is closed and there's no sand to be seen anywhere - it's a shame, the trip was in vain!

31/03/2024: I'm only now writing this review because it took some time for the anger caused by the staff's behavior to pass. On their Google profile the restaurant, entrance and bathroom are accessible. My girlfriend, in a wheelchair, trusting the information provided by Google and asking for further confirmation via email, had booked a table for 2 people on Valentine's Day, on the site also provided on their Google profile Bresciaatavola.it. We were late compared to the scheduled time, we tried calling the landline at least twenty times without ever receiving an answer just to warn of the inconvenience. Once we got there we were blocked at the entrance to the restaurant, telling us that with that stroller (pram) we wouldn't be able to enter. We even showed the booking confirmation email. They didn't even look at that one, they chased us away shouting saying "we've only been making an appointment for Valentine's Day since January, and you can't come in with this stroller" as if we were lepers. I don't want to be rude or anything else. I simply would have liked more education. If they had told us it was late now since we had the table booked for an hour earlier it would have been better. We certainly didn't deserve the treatment we received that evening. They humiliated her and didn't listen to a single word of what I said. It was really embarrassing.

05/04/2024: Tourists are also offered the inexpensive, rich and tasty daily menu (choice of 2 primi and 2 secondi, water, wine and espresso). The additional side salad we ordered was also on the house. Good place to stop for a break for hikers who want to walk around the nature reserve.

21/01/2024: Arriviamo e chiediamo se è disponibile un tavolo per due. Dopo qualche minuto ci fanno accomodate in un tavolo e ci portano il menu. Passano 5 minuti e ci dicono che dobbiamo cambiare tavolo perche era prenotato, facendoci accomodare ad un altro tavolo. Dopo altri 5 minuti ci fanno rialzare dicendoci che anche quello era prenotato.

01/04/2024: A very nice pizzeria with great staff and food! The Diavola pizza is the best I've had in the area and the grilled salmon was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The staff was attentive but didn't bother us at all. Very nice and friendly.

The innkeeper was able to make us uncomfortable in a very short time with an arrogant, insolent and impertinent manner.
