10/05/2024: Went to this restaurant for lunch and got a table outside. When I wanted to go to the toilet, the lady asked me very rudely where I wanted to go. When I was on the toilet, unfortunately I couldn't read the writing next to the toilet (only Italian) and I pulled the cord, which caused an alarm to go off, which I saw later and I think it was for the seat lift. When I came back up the stairs, the lady looked at me again, very unfriendly even though I apologized. Food was good. I wouldn't go there again, but I'm also very sensitive about the friendliness in a restaurant.

21/01/2024: Arriviamo e chiediamo se è disponibile un tavolo per due. Dopo qualche minuto ci fanno accomodate in un tavolo e ci portano il menu. Passano 5 minuti e ci dicono che dobbiamo cambiare tavolo perche era prenotato, facendoci accomodare ad un altro tavolo. Dopo altri 5 minuti ci fanno rialzare dicendoci che anche quello era prenotato.

Cozy atmosphere, fast and friendly staff.
I would pay more attention to the food aspect, perhaps with a few more appetizers, it wouldn't be bad.

21/01/2024: On any Saturday evening, short of ideas on where to go for dinner, we turned to this restaurant by calling at the last minute and booking a table upon our arrival (approximately 10 minutes away) also asking for the possibility of parking outside. interior given the confusion of finding parking spaces on a Saturday evening.. I must say that I was surprised by the hospitality he offered!
Upon our arrival we entered the hotel to head to the restaurant and they welcomed us with great hospitality, helpfulness, kindness and professionalism.
The location was very clean, simple but I was very impressed and the environment was very peaceful!
We sit at the table and, with all the hospitality and without haste, we order some appetizers, a first course, a second course and a dessert!
The service was impeccable and quick to respond to any need, the quality/price of the food was truly excellent and the food was very, very good! I am extremely satisfied and will return more often for lunch or dinner :)
13/12/2023: Thank you very much for the wonderful evening yesterday, 12 December 2023. We met among colleagues to celebrate the Christmas holidays in the lounge next to the restaurant. The staff was very kind and organized a wonderful evening for us with a delicious dinner and music that made everything magical. We were very satisfied with your kindness and we truly spent a wonderful evening in this beautiful place.
