07/04/2026: We visited this splendid location on Easter Monday, where, in most cases, the high levels of influence mean that the quality of service, food, or cleanliness rarely remain high. This was certainly not the case here. Everything was perfect: friendly staff, from the owner to the waiter, unlimited availability, well-kept spaces even for those seeking privacy, gourmet flavors framed by a villa with a pool and gardens. You feel at home! We must return! Thanks, Fausto.
28/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering this elegant restaurant with a pool about three years ago, at a private event organized by longtime friends. Even then, despite the buffet format, my wife and I were deeply impressed by the excellent selection of ingredients. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the owners, Fausto and Cristina, have been longtime acquaintances of ours. ​Eager to explore their culinary offerings further, I recently returned for several convivial dinners, and the experience has consistently exceeded expectations. In addition to the undisputed and superb quality of the ingredients, Fausto proves himself to be an absolute guarantee in the kitchen, distinguishing himself not only for his impeccable cooking technique but also for his remarkable mastery and aesthetics in plating. During our last visit, the chef delighted us with a top-notch seafood experience: an exceptional selection of raw seafood as an appetizer, followed by a first course of exquisitely crafted linguine with crab. To finish, an excellent Gargano red corba, a delicious discovery that truly surprised the palate. In short, an unmissable food and wine destination. A must-see for anyone who loves haute cuisine.

05/04/2026: Kresios isn't just a Michelin-starred restaurant: it's an experience conceived with rigor, intelligence, and a strong personal vision. You don't go to Giuseppe Iannotti just to eat well, but to immerse yourself in an unconventional gastronomic tale, crafted with almost engineering-like precision and a rare sensitivity in transforming ingredients into ideas. Special mention goes to the spaghetti allo scoglio, which alone is worth the trip. It's not the classic seafood dish you might expect: it's a simple, concentrated, almost "distilled" version of seafood. The sea hits the palate directly, deeply, and clearly, with extraordinary intensity yet without heaviness. It's a dish that achieves something rare: being simultaneously sophisticated and immediate. The service, pace, and overall experience live up to the restaurant's reputation: everything contributes to the feeling of being in a unique place, where nothing is left to chance. Kresios is one of those places you never forget: authentic, bold, and distinctive signature cuisine.
15/02/2026: We purchased a gift card for this Michelin-starred restaurant, paying the full price for the tasting menu, just like any other customer. When we booked, however, we discovered that gift card holders are not allowed to book on Sundays, while the website states that standard reservations are available from Monday to Sunday without any restrictions. This restriction wasn't clearly stated at the time of purchase. If it had been, we would never have purchased the gift card: we would have simply booked and paid for the dinner as usual. This isn't a promotion or a discount. The price is identical. Yet the treatment is different. A real injustice. When we requested a refund, citing a lack of transparency, we were (naturally) told that "something can be agreed upon." A perplexing response: previously, Sundays weren't allowed for gift card holders, but now suddenly it's negotiable. A restaurant of this caliber should stand out for its fairness, clarity, and consistency, not for policies that change after the payment has been made. At the moment, we don't even know if we'll be taking the tasting tour, because the experience has already been compromised before it even begins. This review, in fact, isn't about the food—which we haven't tried yet—but exclusively about the management and transparency towards those who purchase a gift card. I urge anyone considering purchasing a gift card to carefully read the actual terms and conditions.
