It boasts many attractive shops with a diverse selection, from fashion and shoes to electronics and sports. There's also a large supermarket where you can find everything you need for your daily groceries. The shopping center is well-organized and easily accessible, with ample parking all around. Its location near the highway makes it ideal for both local residents and holidaymakers staying near Pescara.

25/08/2025: Delicious food, beautiful location, excellent value. The only downside was the wait for raw appetizers, which was about an hour. The waiters were courteous, however.

01/09/2025: One of the best restaurants in the Chieti/Pescara area. Passion and attention to detail in the selection of ingredients. A family that cares deeply about their business, and the results are evident. Well done!

26/08/2025: We stumbled upon this gem of a place by chance. Kindness and helpfulness are the key words accompanying the menu displayed verbally at the table. We had a truly magical evening. We'll be back!!!
