10/06/2025: The beef tastes very good. Also the desserts. But the tiramisu do not look like the pic in google map review. It just a small cup, I do-not think it is worthy for the price.

13/06/2025: The service staff, "Mahdi," a Moroccan national, and "Youssef," a Albanian national, were very helpful and offered advice on meal choices.
We tried two types of pasta, and they were delicious.
We tried two types of pizza, and they were good.
They do not offer Neapolitan pizza.
07/06/2025: We had pizza, which was unfortunately just bad for Italy.
The ambiance and service were very good, but the pizza needs improvement.

16/05/2025: The food is very delicious. We ordered macaroni and cheese, a very, very delicious steak, and potatoes. The place is very ordinary, but the food is amazing.
31/01/2025: We arrived before the kitchen opened and with a kindness we didn't expect they asked us if we still wanted to sit in the room. We ordered two beers and while we waited they brought us some excellent homemade pretzels, after which we ate very very well, in abundance, with courteous and impeccable service. Finally we also spent the right amount, in short, a place we will definitely return to.

26/05/2025: Very bad experience, low quality meal with zero hospitality. Not recommended at all.
25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space.
We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment.
However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else.
Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

08/06/2025: Kellner nahm nach 15 Minuten endlich die Bestellung auf und bediente dann nach uns gekommene Gäste zuerst.
Es war nicht viel los, so daß der besagte Kellner noch Zeit hatte durch die Reihen zu stolzieren, ohne sich um unsere Bestellung zu kümmern.
Nach insgesamt 30 Minuten Wartezeit sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen.
20/05/2025: Cumpleaños. Visitar Bolzano fue como adentrarme en un cruce mágico entre dos mundos: el italiano y el alpino. Las calles del casco antiguo, con sus fachadas medievales y balcones floridos, invitan a perderse sin rumbo, descubriendo rincones llenos de historia y tranquilidad.
El mercado de frutas en Piazza delle Erbe está lleno de colores y aromas, y las cafeterías al aire libre ofrecen el ambiente perfecto para probar un buen strudel o una copa de vino local. Además, rodeada por los majestuosos Dolomitas, la ciudad ofrece vistas impresionantes en cualquier dirección.
Una de las experiencias más memorables fue visitar el Museo Arqueológico del Tirol del Sur, hogar de Ötzi, el hombre de hielo. Fascinante y perfectamente presentado.
Sin duda, Bolzano es un destino que combina naturaleza, cultura y buena comida. Un lugar lindo y acogedor que deja ganas de volver.

10/11/2024: Non pensavo di assistere quanto ho visto oggi: un cliente ha prelevato dal cesto sul banco un Kapfen, se le mangiato sopra il cesto, con tutte le briciole che le cadevano dalla bocca, ha raccolto quelle cadute sul banca e le ha buttate nel cesto insieme a tutti gli altri Krapfen ancora da servire. E rutto ciò davanti ai gestori del locale che non hanno detto niente! ...chissà a questo punto cosa succede in cucina.
30/09/2024: Buena comida en una pequeña ciudad (población 150 ). Max era nuestro servidor y era muy bueno. La sopa estaba deliciosa al igual que el Kaiserschmarren de postre.
