02/08/2024: First of all, a clarification must be made.
When you arrive at a restaurant (normal non-starred) there is no one waiting for you the moment you open the door and enter.
Then after 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) you ordered the very hot dish arrives.
Unique flavors, some truly incredible dishes.
Nothing was boring during our dinner
I'll explain why I gave 4 stars to the environment.
If the environment were proportionate to the quality of the food, the bill would be much higher and probably many people would not have been lucky enough to enjoy these delicacies.
In conclusion, go and eat at Michele's, you won't regret it, Mario's word.

13/08/2024: Historic house surrounded by greenery, very clean and well-kept hotel. excellent service, cozy rooms and a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was decent... perhaps a little below for a 5 star hotel. the dinner was excellent however. the thermal area and the spa were nice... but I can't give an opinion because it did too hot to use it. The cool pool area was spacious and nice and was the backdrop to our weekend of complete relaxation

Compliments to the Chef who made us taste excellent dishes. Al Maitre, very attentive to all needs and an excellent advisor. The staff were all extremely kind. Two unforgettable days in an enchanting landscape.

Without a soul that deigned to reveal itself.
Empty place, chef who pretended not to see us and the waitress who had the courage to say that they were full and we couldn't eat dinner.
Terrible on all points of view including the insistence of parking
19/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, it was immediately an excellent experience, Michele and his staff proved to be friendly and helpful, finding us a free table despite the late opening hours on the day of the Palio. Very rich menu including land dishes, pizza and cuts of meat of different varieties, we started with a platter of typical products of unique goodness, first courses always very abundant in the dishes and to finish a perfectly cooked cut of beef, all accompanied by a house red wine. A round of applause to the head nurse and the staff including Michele for their availability and professionalism. Competitive prices for the quality of the food and the service, certainly not one of those restaurants "for tourists" but on the contrary a typical place where you can eat really well and receive professional service, we will certainly return.

21/05/2024: Una delusione, personale scortese e visibilmente annoiato, scocciato, quasi stessimo facendo loro un torto.
Ordiniamo una coca, uno Spritz e un analcolico con “tagliere di formaggi e salumi” che singolarmente aveva un costo di 7€.
Il tagliere era misero, composto da 2 fette di prosciutto, 3 di salame e 3 triangoli di formaggio con 3 grissini duri e vecchi. Neanche 2 patatine o 1 fetta di pane da accompagnare con i salumi!
Peccato, perché la qualità dei salumi era ottima e il locale veramente carino.

30/06/2024: Ci vado tutte le volte che sono a Siena. I suoi piccoli cacio e pepe sono per me un punto fermo. Comodo, appena dentro porta camelia, probabilmente il più economico di Siena.

24/08/2024: Ottima esperienza culinaria, altamente consigliabile. Alle capacità dello chef si abbina la cortesia del personale e la professionalità del maître. Buona la selezione dei vini.
Il prezzo? Signori miei, non siamo nell'ennesimo ristorante senese affollato di turisti. La qualità si paga e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente congruo. E ci lascia un piacevole ricordo.

16/10/2023: Ristorante all’interno della struttura alberghiera di Villa Armena. Un luogo incantevole immerso nella campagna toscana. Il locale è ristrutturato con gusto ed arredato in maniera elegante. Il menù, dai piatti interessanti, offre una varia scelta tra cui i tipici piatti della tradizione. Nonostante la presenza di poco personale in cucina e al servizio, durante la nostra cena l attesa è stata corretta. I piatti ordinati sono stati tutti di nostro pieno gradimento. Complimenti allo staff.

Plats bien exécutés et bonnes sauces.
Vins - uniquement italiens - proposés à des prix excessifs.
Dans l'ensemble un bon restaurant, mais un mauvais rapport qualité-prix pour la Toscane.
06/07/2024: First off, wow! Great service and exceptional food.
We selected the seven course menu. Here are some of the highlights.
Starters were all great - ceviche was fresh, meatball was delicious and the olive shaped dish was tasty
Langoustine - amazing and one of my favorite dishes
Rabbit - good (I opted to trade this dish with the Squid dish from the five course menu)
Squid - flavorful and delicious
Spaghetti with cuttlefish - pasta was really good
Risotto - this dish was good but I had to save room for my filet :)
Red mullet - tasty dish as I wasn’t sure I was going to like it but it was really good. The touch of diced veggies in the broth was so delicious
Filet with shaved truffles and mushroom - amazing and cooked just as requested medium rare. Taking a bite of the filet, mushroom and truffle at the same time was divine. This was also my other favorite dish but all the dishes were just spectacular.
Chocolate - amazing dessert and it tasted like Nutella but better. The thin flake was made from hazelnut and mixed with the chocolate was amazing.
Overall, the service was exceptional. The sommelier and the server were great. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I’m so glad to meet the chef, Michele Raggi - he will be a Michelin rated chef one day as this dinner was Michelin worthy. Grazie, Michele!
On a side note, we also had breakfast here and it was delicious as well. The pancetta (crispy bacon) was the best I have ever had. The veggie fritata was delicious with a side of avocado.
