25/03/2026: A well-decorated restaurant with a high-quality selection of round pizzas. The gourmet pizzas are well-designed, but sometimes they aren't hot enough at the table for the (excellent) ingredients that are added "on arrival." The dough is light and the beers excellent. Definitely recommended.

01/05/2026: Our first camping trip! We visited several campsites, and Miramare impressed us the most. Of course, it's all a matter of taste, but here we were greeted with a smile and received immediate support and assistance upon arrival. Alexandra and her colleagues at reception are incredibly friendly and helpful! The campsite was fantastic, and everything promised online was delivered. The sanitary facilities were also perfectly fine and clean. In our opinion, it's more about the guest's responsibility here; after all, I make sure to leave the bathroom clean at home, right?! 😉 Thanks for the wonderful days, we'd love to come back! 01/05/2026: Hello and good morning! This was our first time in Tuscany, Italy. We drove through Genoa and were reminded of the tragedy a few years ago (the bridge collapse that killed over 40 people). The campsite was great, but unfortunately, the nights were very noisy – road, train, and helicopter. But be careful on the return trip to Pisa on the motorway. I fell victim to con artists. Immediately photograph the damage they caused, threaten to call the police, and never pay in cash. Report it to the police so this doesn't happen again. Best regards, Ingrid Andrea

02/05/2026: We ate a plate of rice with squid ink, a very small portion, a small plate of cacciucco and two desserts. We paid €90, which seems really dishonest to me.

28/04/2026: Given its location and decor, this restaurant deserves much better management. A terrible experience due to a complete lack of professionalism. I made a reservation for 1:30 but showed up early. I asked a very rude waitress if it was possible to change tables due to the wind, and she gave me a rude answer. A gentleman who always seems kind and friendly, to be honest, arrives and immediately moves me inside. I order an appetizer of fish balls (three mini fried meatballs smothered in mayonnaise, I think; they fry in a couple of minutes, Ed.) WHILE WAITING for the spaghetti to cook. After 45 minutes, I asked for an explanation and was told they were NOW frying them. I asked to cancel the order and proceed with the spaghetti, and contrary to the apologies I expected, I received rude and argumentative comments from both the waitress and an extremely rude and disrespectful woman who, I later discovered, was part of the owner family. What can I say... after 55 minutes, I said goodbye and left. To be completely honest, I'll point out that I asked to pay for the glasses of wine I had consumed (partially), and the polite and courteous gentleman (whom I hope will one day work in a place worthy of his kindness and courtesy) refused to accept payment, while the "owner" continued to be rude and indecent. Yet I had been there the previous year and had a pleasant experience, even being surprised by the very low review scores. Today, however, I can explain it very clearly. I hope all Baratti users will sooner or later sell to someone more capable, because they don't deserve the privilege of such an exceptional position. Reply to your reply. Congratulations, you've managed to further discredit yourselves. Given that it's clear you're incapable of serving 50-60 people in a timely manner, the problem wasn't the time, but your lack of respect and rudeness, which, reading the negative reviews, seems to be a hallmark of yours. Perhaps you'd learn to apologize, and perhaps the time will be less of an issue. I believe you've been there since 1985. Unfortunately, they fall for it. But you don't deserve it.

16/09/2025: A very nice restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere right by the sea. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food is absolutely top-notch.

19/03/2026: L'Approdo remains my favorite when the good weather arrives. I'm lucky enough to have a house in Piombino, just a few minutes by ferry from Rio Marina. Located in the center of town, Paolo, with his professionalism and passion, always delights us with quality dishes and the catch of the day. I recommend it.

21/10/2025: The restaurant is very nice and well-maintained inside. Good food and excellent service. We went to the seaside twice. Also very good service and good food.
