25/09/2025: Lunch with a friend. We arrived and were escorted to our reserved table. The service was nothing short of perfect. The two very kind waiters introduced us to all the dishes they offer, as well as offering some wine recommendations. We were truly satisfied.
The dishes were presented with originality, from the first course, which was a delirium of flavors, to the dessert. The cassata ice cream was truly delicious!!
The place is clean and welcoming.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.
Compliments to the waiters and the chef and staff.

19/09/2025: We were there on September 15th for our tenth anniversary celebration. The food was very good. I don't give it a higher rating because, despite the fact that I indicated in the reservation that I was celebrating my tenth anniversary, we were seated at a shared table with another couple who were also not too happy about being seated next to them.
19/09/2025: Never eaten so well in Italy! Service and cooking with 100% passion! Fantastic lunch!!

12/09/2025: I’d highly recommend this restaurant. The area can be a bit challenging to work out where to eat with all the spread out beach clubs etc but plenty of easy parking, lovely setting on the edge of the beach. Welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and overall attentive, welcoming service. The pizzas were very nice with good quality ingredients and if you’re looking for a nice informal & relaxing meal after a day on the beach, this is the perfect spot.

01/10/2025: Just picked up a pizza at lunchtime. The staff was very friendly, and the interior atmosphere was very nice. The pizza was okay, but the ingredients lacked a bit of flavor.
29/09/2025: 100/100 I'll tell you about our experience, we came to Sassari for 1 week, we ate every day in different places but at TRITUS we repeated to say goodbye to the experience, an unforgettable place, with spectacular food, good quantities and great taste of everything, both pizza, pasta and nachos, the service is super friendly and nice, with an incredible smile and kindness, the place is spectacular, not a small complaint, only that you have to make a reservation half of the God, which is totally logical after the good service they give

22/09/2025: We had a very average to poor experience here on a Sunday evening. The Caprese salad was disappointing as the tomatoes were rather green (not ripe) and tasteless & the basil had large, bitter leaves. Costing €12.50 I had expected much much better.
The grilled red chicory was rather good.
One pizza was good, the other poor. I had the mixed mushroom with buffalo mozzarella. The pizza came out with a layer of liquid on top that made the undercooked base very soggy. I suspect the mushrooms were frozen and they didn’t cook it long enough but if they did then the mozzarella would burn. Really poor cooking here or they don’t care as the tourists normally only come once to the restaurant. Go for the standard pizza.
We didn’t have the pasta but at the table next door the portion sizes looked small.
Overall it wasn’t good value.
The place is busy, so I suggest you make a reservation. We didn’t and luckily we got the last table for 2 at 7.10pm, just after they opened. There is inside seating but there is no air conditioning, therefore it seemed hot when we went to pay.
19/09/2025: Nice restaurant with outdoor seating. A very good wine list, excellent pizza...the fresh fish is okay, but the pasta dishes aren't recommended, unfortunately.

03/10/2025: Satisfied with the Thai soup (only 2 shrimp), I understand it's all you can eat, but it seems a bit small to me... I ordered grilled prawns, the ones that are normally cut in half, and they brought me Argentinean prawns that seemed boiled, not grilled. Fried courgette flowers stuffed with prawns, covered in a pink sauce, served with either soy sauce or Thai spicy sauce.
03/10/2025: Very good all-you-can-eat restaurant.
Digital ordering was a little strange at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's great.
We'll be happy to come back.

Despite the availability on the seafront, it was not possible to access it under the pretext that the tables had to be set, for those who arrived two minutes after us, being Italian, the table was set immediately! Canteen atmosphere and friendliness to receive
14/09/2025: It's been a long time since I've eaten here, and I was afraid, given the new reviews, that I'd find a nasty surprise. INSTEAD, I was really happy. Tasty dishes and friendly, welcoming service. I also ordered spaghetti with red seafood, which unfortunately arrived with empty clams and mussels. I mentioned this to the waiter, and within 5 minutes, I received more shrimp, mussels, clams, and delicious sawfish. Something I wasn't expecting. So I really appreciated both the smile and the friendliness, and the abundance. Mind you, I only joked about it. And I received a smile and a new dish. It will, as always, be my regular stop on my travels to Sardinia ❤️

27/09/2025: The prices were out of line (€3 cover charge, house wine €16/l), and the tuna was pan-fried instead of grilled. The only positive note was the service; the Asian waitress was very kind and professional. We didn't pay much, but I'm sure we won't be back.
13/09/2025: To be honest we didn't eat why... restaurant empty at 1 p.m. despite a magnificent view, we find that strange... well we say to ourselves we have an aperitif we look at the menu and we see, aperitif well served no problem. We look at the allergen menu in all the dishes and not just one allergen is scary, we say to ourselves there is no problem I felt bad... and then I ask for the WiFi which he gives me (thank you) and I look at the reviews... You understand the rest we paid the bill for the aperitif and left. (another waiter who did not stop sniffing did not give us confidence) Too bad because super location Philipe from nightmare in the kitchen seems to be making a visit I think....

05/09/2024: Entri in questo “bar” se si può definire così, e ci sono delle scritte con vari servizi come ad esempio ricariche telefoniche o per giocare i numeri ma non funziona nulla di tutto questo. Il poss non è funzionante e lo scoprite solo dopo arrivati in cassa. La novità di questo bar? “ il bar senz’acqua” ho visto i dipendenti andare nel centro commerciale a prenderla con un carrello, non hanno il bagno accessibile ed appunto ti mandano nei bagni di fuori!! il cibo è pessimo, il ragazzo con la barba fa come vuole lui sempre con il telefono in mano, va a prendere la carne al Conad infatti noi non abbiamo pranzato per niente bene, le due ragazze more hanno cercato di dirmi, nella maniera più carina possibile, che non era arrivata ancora la merce perché ho fatto 3 richieste e non c’era nulla di tutto ció.. ne crema caffè, ne succhi, ne the ma dove stiamo arrivando?! Oltretutto alla fine della fiera nemmeno l’aria condizionata, pieno di mosche, ma forse non è che è ora di chiudere… Fossi il titolare avrei chiuso perché non si può entrare in bar in queste condizioni io mi vergognerei.. posto sconsigliatissimo. Il menù esposto fuori non è disponibile e all’interno non hanno un menù cartaceo così da vedere i prezzi.. davvero disgustato!!
