11/11/2024: In general it is an expensive restaurant, which we were aware of beforehand. The staff was super friendly and great. Food-wise it was quite ok.

Wonderful environment, impeccable and truly courteous service, you cannot give an opinion on the food and wine and to say perfect is almost an understatement…
I found the best orecchiette with turnip greens in all of Puglia here...
The heartwarming chops with sauce 🥹 that make you drop your arms to your sides and exclaim: "nooo okay..." and you can't help but make the complete slipper, you can only find them here!!!
Starters, cheeses and wines... top!!!

01/12/2024: Everything was good and the waiters were friendly and helpful!
Very nice and clean restaurant. The rooms in the trullo are typical, well preserved and with good space between the tables.
The only flaw is the appetizer which is served not all together, but one part at a time and it takes too long! After 1 hour and 15 minutes everything had not yet been served and in the end we gave up on the last dishes (3 slices of cheese and 2 of cured meats, a burrata, a small pizza and a piece of parmigiana in 1h and 30min) in my case, as a tourist, I wasn't in a hurry but it still felt like too long.
Right portions and good flavors!
Little choice for vegetarians.
However I recommend it!

I often go to Alberobello and if I stop for lunch or dinner I certainly do it at Olmo Bello.
The food is delicious, the options varied, you can eat both inside and outside.
The price is always right and when you leave the table you are always satisfied.
