26/03/2026: I'm always happy to visit Hostaria la Posta: whether in the downstairs room or the main dining room, it's always a wonderful experience. The risotto is a must-try, absolutely the best dish on the menu. Excellent and helpful service, and the price is fair and in line with the offerings. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be very happy.

Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients. Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.

31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.

07/04/2026: Dinner exceeded my expectations. The owner was extremely kind. The dining room staff was always impeccable, precise, and attentive to the guests' needs. The restaurant was very well-kept and clean, but above all, the dishes were exquisite, with truly flavorful and high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be returning to try the full menu... Reservations are recommended.

29/03/2026: We love this place and go here a lot when we are in Montefiore. We always have to try the new menu on the first visit and return to the ‘untouchables’ on the last visit.

04/04/2026: A beautiful and well-kept venue, definitely suitable for special or romantic occasions. You can order à la carte or choose the tasting menu (I personally recommend it). The woman who looked after us was impeccable and extremely kind, and the atmosphere was great. Some dishes were truly noteworthy; I ate very well. It's obviously not your typical cheap osteria, but it's absolutely worth it. I recommend it and would happily return.

06/04/2026: A perfect little place. Simple and casual, but with professional and friendly service. The menu is well thought out; there aren't hundreds of dishes, and the ones offered are all excellent. The desserts are the coup de grace, delicious. I had a great time.

05/04/2026: A small and welcoming place. The menu is limited (1 appetizer, 3 first courses, and 2 second courses), a sign of the freshness of the ingredients. The Rustita (grilled fish) deserves top marks. Excellent prices for the quality of the fish served. Reservations are required on weekends.

31/03/2026: Restaurant with a breathtaking view in Gabicce Monte. Fast and friendly service. Excellent pizza with minimal wait time. Discovered by accident, but we'll be back.

29/03/2026: This was our first time in Trentino. We're on vacation here and decided to eat here. The place is very welcoming and attentive, and the food is delicious, especially the fish. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

30/12/2025: Let's start with the positives: the staff is extremely kind and courteous, and they take celiac care seriously. They're knowledgeable and know how to recommend food. The place is very popular, and the view from the outside is spectacular. It's a shame the fish we ate wasn't up to par, the fried food was poorly mixed, and the appetizers were so-so... and the price was fair.

13/04/2026: I loved everything! This agriturismo pays attention to detail; you can feel the pursuit of quality in every detail. We spent a whole day here with my family and would definitely love to return for more. The food was a feast for the eyes and the palate; everything was carefully prepared, using high-quality ingredients, and above all, a combination of flavors that will take you on a journey. The appetizer of artichoke, artichoke cream, and parmesan cream was my favorite, but all the other dishes were truly delicious. The day was made perfect thanks to Giada's impeccable service: kind, attentive, and always available with a smile!

12/04/2026: I only used the spa: although it was very aesthetic and the staff were extremely friendly, I found the experience to be truly negative, as even the changing rooms were overcrowded and made the space feel claustrophobic. The spa is small, and there were far too many of us sharing the emotional showers, whirlpool (located only in one corner of the pool), and sauna. Furthermore, the courtesy kit with terrycloth slippers is definitely not practical for that environment. The relaxation area with herbal tea room on the upper floor could use some improvement, as the selection is truly minimal and the herbal teas seemed tasteless (I specifically chose one with ginger), and there were also several bedbugs keeping us company (we are in the countryside, after all). What can I say? It's an experience I wouldn't repeat, even though the location is very beautiful overall.

02/04/2026: The quality of the products and the kindness of the staff made our dinner at Ristorante Pinseria da Duilio (P. S. Giorgio FM) so special that we left completely satisfied. Fresh and delicious fish served with care and attention. The friendly and helpful staff operate with professionalism in a well-kept and welcoming restaurant with a sea view. In addition to the pleasant atmosphere, the value for money is excellent, so I and my entire group, including non-locals, would like to compliment the staff, especially chef Fabio Iobbi. We recommend everyone to come and enjoy their specialties; in particular, you can't leave without trying their Pinsa—never tasted so good!

Very helpful and friendly staff, very friendly and knowledgeable owner! I stayed with my theater company and we had a wonderful time!
