11/05/2025: I gave 3 stars because the value for money isn't there. Very beautiful and suggestive location with a swimming pool directly on the lake, the bar behind it is very nice but the deckchairs in the pool are old and uncomfortable from the 80s. The hotel garden is fabulous and well cared for but the hotel toilet in the basement is dirty and smelly already at 11 in the morning. Furthermore, the standard rooms are really small, you can barely move. Uncomfortable and old mattress and in the duvet cover instead of a duvet a wool blanket. When a customer spends certain amounts these details are really unpleasant. Come on put more effort into it it's such a nice hotel in a potential location
14/03/2025: We had some great days at this hotel. The biggest asset is the near location to Como and the lake with a stunning pool. It’s a bit pricey but other than that we’d definitely like to return 👌🏻

29/04/2025: Incredibly delicious meat and the service is super friendly. The owner is very accommodating.
Away from tourism and fair prices and portions.
Highly recommended if you are on vacation here. Even if it's not typical Italian cuisine, there are local wines and the food is definitely worth a visit.

Cuisine maison et familiale, le patron sous ses airs rustre est en fait très sympathique !! :-) et le dessert tiramisu à tomber…à ne pas louper plutôt que d’aller dans le centre

11/06/2025: Unfortunately, as American tourists, we felt taken advantage of. There were charges on our bill that we had to ask about in order to dispute and it felt intentional. The staff was only friendly to us until we called them out for charging us for more limoncellos than we ordered etc. HOWEVER, the food and view were incredible. We would maybe come back but scrutinize the bill before paying, LOL. Dine here but just beware!
07/06/2025: We ate dinner here at the suggestion of a friend who travels to Lake Como frequently. This is an amazing place. Thank you Luca and friends.

11/07/2025: The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was beyond excellent. The food, however, was a bit disappointing. Most of the dishes were bland, and not in a way that some salt could fix -- just plain and boring. For the price, I was expecting better.
07/07/2025: Wonderful culinary experience, we tried several plates from the tasting menu. Service was great and attentive to details, the location is wonderful with a view on the lake, the food was yummy from starter till dessert. Denny and Jogo are super friendly.

03/07/2025: We just had a wonderful lunch! You have so many choices along the waterfront in Como but we were so happy with our choice. The food was amazing and the service was even better, looking forward to eating here again on our next trip to Como in September!

10/07/2025: Always a wonderful location. The staff was inadequate, lacking attention and preparation. We had to ask for coffee four times before we got it. The dishes were unpresentable. The fish was served completely raw. We sent it back, and instead of replacing it, they recooked it anyway. I've been going to this restaurant for years, but this was the last time.

15/06/2025: We had such a delicious ice cream. Our favorite ice cream was vegan dark chocolate. But all looked really delicious. The staff was really friendly. They gave a woman a free ice cream after it fell on the ground.

24/06/2025: We went to have lunch at this restaurant. We sat down and ordered one traditional pasta and one gluten-free option. After waiting a long time—around 35 minutes—our order still hadn’t arrived. When we asked the waiters, they didn’t seem very interested in helping, until one of them finally told us that the order had never been processed.
We had to leave without eating, as we didn’t have time before catching the ferry back to Como. When we tried to speak with the person who took our order, they were dismissive and disrespectful. We felt the treatment was discriminatory, possibly due to our being Chilean.
It was a very disappointing experience, especially since we were traveling with children who needed to eat.
23/06/2025: The food was okay but the service was the worst i ever experienced. The waiters were rude and almost didn't talk. Prices were horrendous and in relation to service and food quality simply too high. When we sat down there were petals on the table and the waitress didn't clean it. They try to be a noble restaurant but it's nothing more than a facade.

11/06/2025: We ordered the truffle pasta and a Margherita pizza. The portions were very generous, and everything tasted fantastic. The Nutella tiramisu was also fantastic.

26/06/2025: We stayed here for three days; the staff is really great – as is the food. Unfortunately, we didn't have a lake view in our room 6; you can't have everything... The bathroom had a bidet, which I've rarely found before. The pebble beach right next to the hotel is public, so the swimming shoes and mesh air mattress proved useful here. We were here during a hot spell, so we hoped they could install some ceiling fans on the restaurant terrace and indoors. Despite the crowds and the heat, the staff were super friendly, and the kitchen managed to prepare meals amazingly quickly, even then. So, everything was great.
What should you definitely know as a hotel guest? - Opening hours sometimes don't start until 7:00 PM – so coffee time in the hotel wasn't always available. It's a shame, as it would have been perfect for an afternoon swim.
