The surprise is the glass window overlooking the private internal courtyard, where in the summer you can dine in a quiet, peaceful setting. The waiters are always attentive, very knowledgeable about wine, and above all, the dishes are truly refined. Recommended

12/01/2026: A wonderful surprise! We were in the area and went to the restaurant on Saturday for lunch. A very beautiful and well-kept location, with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Excellent service, truly excellent food. Fair price considering the overall quality of the experience.

17/01/2026: We stopped for lunch today at Ristorante Il Tram, and honestly, I have to say it's been years since we've eaten so well. It was one of those experiences that makes you want to write a long review, because when things are done well, it's only right to say so. Let's start with the service: impeccable, attentive, never intrusive but always present. The waiter who served us was extremely polite, helpful, smiling, attentive to every detail, and always ready to explain the dishes with kindness and professionalism. It's not at all easy to find people who work so well in the dining room these days, and that really makes a difference. The food... simply exceptional. We ate top-quality meat, cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and incredibly tasty. You immediately sensed the choice ingredients and a kitchen that knows exactly what it's doing. Each dish was balanced, carefully crafted, satisfying, without unnecessary frills but with plenty of substance and true quality. The lunch as a whole was a wonderful experience: perfectly timed, dishes served hot, portions appropriately sized, and a constant sense of attentiveness. The passion for this work is clearly evident. A sincere round of applause goes to the two owners, fantastic people, friendly, present, and capable of conveying love for their restaurant. You can tell when a place is run with love and not just for work: you can really feel that here. And the icing on the cake... even the coffee was excellent, which is anything but a given and a perfect end to the meal. In conclusion: Everything was delicious, from start to finish. Impeccable service, top-quality food, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly wonderful people. A restaurant we would definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat truly well. 05/01/2026: Not suitable for tourists without a car, as it's quite far from Ravenna's city center. This is a family-run restaurant: the owner, Biagio, is truly kind and welcoming. We ordered "sciacquone" (a type of pasta) with caramelized figs, spinach and ricotta-filled tortelli with arugula pesto, and passatelli in broth, accompanied by a half-liter of red wine. Total €37. The portions were more than adequate and satisfying, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was quiet and not noisy. Homemade, homemade cuisine, excellent value. Outdoor parking is available, and the restaurant is popular with locals. Not a tourist destination. Reservations are recommended, especially on busy days like Saturday and Sunday. We highly recommend it! We had a wonderful time!

18/12/2025: Trattoria with delicious traditional cuisine! The staff is attentive, courteous, and fast, a great, close-knit team carefully selected by a friendly owner who has been passionately running this restaurant for many years. Reservations are recommended!

25/12/2025: I've been waiting a long time to go to this restaurant, seeing how it consistently ranked first in the TOP 50 Italian restaurants. It's strange for it to have "only" one star. I was completely satisfied with the experience. The location is splendid, and the style is immersive in contemporary art. The menu is excellent. If I have to be a little critical, however, I must say that the iconic dishes like the pasta al burro con lievito (butter and yeast pasta) and the cacio e pepe (cacio e pepe) didn't really impress me. I enjoyed other dishes much more. Another note on the TOP 50 ranking: honestly, we have three-star restaurants in Italy that deserve a higher ranking, but that's certainly not their fault. I've attached my favorite dishes.

07/01/2026: I must admit, as a true Emiliano, that I never expected to eat like this on Lake Garda. This beautiful and elegant place exudes an extraordinary passion for their work, but the food!!! Incredible dishes, always maintaining the simplicity of the flavors and traditions, like the lake fish!! Of all the Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried in my life, this is by far the best! And where I'm from, Modena, I can assure you, it's packed!! Truly, congratulations to this family who has run the restaurant for three generations!!!!

03/01/2026: I've been frequenting Manerba Brewery since 1999, and I can say that, year after year, this place has only gotten better. The food is truly good, the beer is exceptional, the atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and the added value is undoubtedly the waiters and staff, always competent, friendly, and helpful. A place you'll gladly return to and one I recommend without a doubt. 🍻👏
