05/10/2024: Escribiendo esta opinión en nombre de mis padres que recientemente se alojaron allí, pero no utilizan Trip Advisor. Esta fue su segunda visita espaciada por muchos años y sintieron que fueron tratados de maravilla, cuidado como familia y nada parecía demasiado problema. Recomiendan encarecidamente!

Today we tasted exquisite dishes, the scallops au gratin, the grilled shellfish, the swordfish carpaccio and the cod were expertly prepared and presented with delicious care! 17/12/2024: Questo è il nostro secondo viaggio verso il Lido 84. Da subito l'atmosfera è quella giusta. i colori del lago d'inverno si fondono con il verde acqua e il blu delle pareti... a rendere il tutto ancora più suggestivo è il Bordeaux e i cristalli delle vetrate che incollano la vista sul lago. L'accoglienza è superlativa, ci si sente completamente a proprio agio e il tutto avviene in maniera naturale e gentile. E poi... e poi come in un opera arriva il cibo, i piatti dello Chef incantano e raggiungono apici incredibili sui primi, la pasta e gli agnolotti erano qualcosa di indimenticabile. Il cibo diventa protagonista anche nei racconti magnifici di Giancarlo e degli altri ragazzi, è meraviglioso vedere la passione e l'amore che traspare dallo studio di questi piatti... anche solo sentir raccontare della Lepre alla Royale era incantevole. Nel nostro primo viaggio ci eravamo stupiti, qui invece siamo stati conquistati. Il lago d'inverno è calmo, i colori sono differenti, ecco perché mi piace venire qui in questa stagione...

09/12/2024: Il nuovo menù di Camanini è di livello superlativo, tutte portate con contrasti acidi ricercatissimi, si spinge anche sull’amaro e si vola, valorizzare un fusillo o una pasta ripiena così è da numeri 1! Avrei ricominciato il menu daccapo appena finito… Anche la sala giovane e formale al punto giusto segue la cucina, la seconda ⭐️ arriverà… Bravissimi!

26/10/2024: I often go to dinner at Max, a small place, but very welcoming. Never found anything to complain about. I feel like I'm family, I can't tell you if they're only kind to me, but they often and willingly offer me a few more "glasses". 09/11/2024: Elegant environment, but friendly welcome from the owner who sympathetically puts customers at ease with explanations on the menu. Excellent food quality, no farmed fish, compliments to the chef for the imagination and accuracy of the preparations. Very pleasant surprise.

The service is attentive, never intrusive, and you immediately notice the passion and care that the staff puts into making guests feel at ease. The dishes are a feast for the eyes and the palate: each course is prepared with great attention to detail and, above all, with excellent quality ingredients. Being Sicilian, I am very demanding about flavors and I must say that I felt right at home here. Every bite was a return to my land, with genuine and authentic flavors that brought me home, even if miles away. 03/01/2025: Purtroppo la cena di Capodanno è stata molto deludente, non meritava sicuramente i 100€ , in alcuni piatti dosi ridotte, carne difficile da tagliare e alcune pietanze senza sapore. Pure L'intrattenimento non è stato coinvolgente, gli ospiti, giovani e meno giovani, dovevano stare insieme alla festa, ci saremmo divertiti di più. Ero stata ad un pranzo di lavoro e non mi ero trovata male ma il cenone da dimenticare.

01/12/2024: Siamo stati per una cena decisa all’ultimo momento durante un breve soggiorno ad Iseo-Brescia. Una piacevolissima esperienza. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Cibo di ottima qualità. Se fosse più comodo (da Bologna non proprio dietro l’angolo) diventerei sicuramente una cliente abituale! Consigliatissimo!

18/12/2024: We had lunch at Hosteria Uva Rara during our trip to Italy earlier this year. What a treat! A Michelin-star rated restaurant, and it was obvious why that distinction has ben bestowed on the restaurant. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Cured meats, to fried battered vegetables, to Casoncello, to Tagliata, with sliced beef steak as a main course and fresh fruit pie for dessert. Our chef-created special menu was superb. Red and white wines accompanied the meal and paired perfectly with the courses. Service was impeccable. A gorgeous restaurant, and a fabulous meal. Highly recommend.

09/12/2024: A chic rustic house, a piano, a lit fireplace, and another elegant and more intimate room. refined cuisine, right portions, delicious dishes, from trout carpaccio, to pigeon, pink ravioli, calamarata, exquisite bread, and many other courses. Pavlova, my favorite dessert that is not found around, creme brulé lavender and mimosa. Impeccable service. Top.

26/11/2024: Davvero una bella esperienza! Si respira cura e passione in ogni minimo dettaglio, a partire dall'accoglienza, al servizio, fino ad arrivare al cibo..... a dir poco prelibato!!! Grissini, pane e focaccia accompagnati con burro davvero squisiti, proseguendo con la Tavolozza di piccoli assaggi di lago e mare, Capesante scottate su salsa di fagioli Lamon olio al rosmarino, Crema di tupinambur, zucca caramellata e verdure d’autunno (un vero arcobaleno di colori oltre che di sapori), Cannolo al formaggio Tombea, burro di malga e pere caramellate, Guancetta di maialino iberico, su crema mais, salsa al Groppello, tutti veramente ottimi. Indescrivibilmente buona la Scaloppa di Fegato d’anatra, salsa al passito e frutta caramellata!!! Molto interessante anche la torta soffice e leggera alle pere e la Piccola pasticceria in chiusura. Il servizio accogliente, professionale e competente, capace di farti sentire coccolato, unito a piatti eccellenti e raffinati lo rendono un locale assolutamente da provare!!!
