02/04/2024: A unique experience, top service, a top location, a top menu, a top environment. Kindness, care of both the person and the place, professionalism, truly a WONDERFUL experience!!

31/03/2024: Started very well, service was excellent and the aperitivo was as you’d expect from a Michelin star restaurant. After our drinks the waiter came over and knelt down next to me and asked us to keep our voices down. This not only broke the good vibe of the restaurant but made us then feel incredibly uncomfortable for the next 7 courses of our meal. As a place where you go for a special occasion I was quite surprised a waiter would make this comment. I was also quite confused as we weren’t speaking loud at all. The food was okay but nothing was really wow. So would say worth a visit but be careful of raising your voice at the risk of offending the waiter.

21/05/2024: We had a perfect evening: attentive service / honest, traditional, regional cuisine (traditional menu) with very well-coordinated wine accompaniment (also from the region) / fair, reasonable price / great value for money // very pleasant atmosphere - approachable, personal, professional, familiar... a place to visit again and, for us, an evening with many wonderful memories.

01/04/2024: A good experience, very nice location, excellent quality food, I would say everything was almost perfect if it weren't for the usual and now "old" trick of the wrong receipt with an extra bottle of water. Let's say that I don't expect it from restaurants of this level, but I notice that it is still common practice to do so. Sin!

21/05/2024: A simple but very pleasant place. To get to the venue, you can first admire uncontaminated nature 🐱🐱 flamingos, horses etc.

28/05/2024: Dopo tanto tempo finalmente siamo stati al Nineteen, aspettative alte che non sono state deluse! Location molto bella, personale preparato, gentile e professionale, ma il punto forte è il pesce! Crudo eccezionale, fiorentina di tonno sublime, fritto ottimo, non unto. Torneremo sicuramente perché il menù era molto interessante!

15/05/2024: Be quick to go there because the star is mathematically on the way here and at these prices you won't eat there anymore. Done the Mente tasting course, crazy stuff, 2 star level. Congratulations, it's really worth the trip.

10/05/2024: Excellently composed dishes with an ingenious combination of texture and taste. Refined and uniquely prepared and presented. Each dish is presented at the table in a friendly and passionate manner and the ingredients and their origins are explained. Very friendly and extremely hard-working staff. Outstanding and very comprehensive wine list as a hardback book. Great cuisine and the desserts are out of this world!

I had high expectations given that I have known the restaurant for at least 20 years but this time they absolutely had to be cancelled

20/05/2024: The place is very nice, the rooms are well-kept, clean and tastefully furnished, very pleasant, the service is good and the staff are very kind, but unfortunately the food did not satisfy me entirely, some of the cooking methods were not right as well as some of the dishes that were too salty, in my opinion there is great potential in this place, but the cuisine needs to be improved, something is missing...

18/05/2024: One word: delicious...and it's also reductive!. Seen from the outside, perhaps, it doesn't arouse great sensations, but once inside, the music is decidedly different. Exquisite staff, very very intriguing menu in a very elegant setting. Very honest prices for what is offered, the ravioli which I attach in the photo, a masterpiece. Absolutely worth trying and trying again. Well done
