07/02/2026: A wonderful evening. We ate very, very well, with carefully prepared dishes and a clean, precise kitchen, the kind that makes you want to return. You can see and taste their dedication; there's true passion and attention to every detail, not just technique. The staff is young, friendly, and always smiling, present in the right way and capable of making you feel right at home. The restaurant is well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere and effortless service. A place where you feel good, eat well, and leave happy. Congratulations to everyone, keep up the good work!!!

16/01/2026: The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very familiar and comfortable. We ordered the cheese and compote platter to share, plus a Danish entrecote and a seared tuna fillet. Everything was excellent. We finished with a dark chocolate cake and a fruit tart with coffee. They were also good.

16/01/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Genoa. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Excellent options, such as the cheese platter, tagliata, and seared tuna. Delicious desserts.

26/10/2025: This review is for Zeus Sky Bar only as we didn’t eat at the restaurant. We arrived without a reservation about an hour before sunset (in June), and were seated straightaway. I’m not exaggerating when I say the view is absolutely breathtaking, even all the stunning photos shared here cannot do it justice- it has to be seen to be believed. We did the 20€pp aperitivo option, which included a signature cocktail and a selection of antipasti. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. We stayed long after sunset and loved it so much that before leaving, we booked a table for our last night in Sestri Levante, a couple of days later! We fell in love with Sestri Levante on this holiday, and this rooftop bar really shows it off in all its glory.

17/10/2025: A pleasant and relaxing experience, with professional, polite, and always helpful waitstaff. I was particularly impressed by Mirko, a young, polite, and very helpful man. I will definitely return next year with my wife and son to sample the restaurant's specialties and enjoy the refined, warm atmosphere.

28/01/2026: A good, typical local restaurant, with very good food and reasonable prices. The tuna is delicious. The only drawback is the somewhat cramped space. But it's worth a try.

06/01/2026: Very dissatisfied with the unfair treatment. Before Christmas, we booked dinner for sixteen people, agreeing, since we would be arriving late, to a set menu of their choice of appetizers, a main course, and a house dessert, for €25 per person. I don't want to comment on the welcome, because "friendliness" could be subjective (although "snorting" at everything seemed objectively rude to those present). Since we were celebrating a birthday and had brought a cake, we asked (in advance) if we could have a bottle for a toast instead of the house dessert. We were told no, that they only had champagne for €70. However, when they didn't even bring us the house dessert, we were told that the kitchen was closed, and we had our own cake anyway. And of course, the price was not discounted. Very unfair behavior, in our opinion.

12/02/2026: Tralalero has to be one of if not the best eateries in Genoa. The food is consistently precise, but it’s the service that really stands out here. Andrea in particular keeps things ticking over like clockwork. I couldn’t rate this restaurant and its staff, Andrea in particular, highly enough!

12/12/2025: Nice moment, we had a carbonara and spaghetti in voltini. We had three servers differents, but then... We had a good lunch!

04/12/2025: Nice hotel — but a baffling and frustrating experience at the front desk. At check-in, we were greeted not with a welcome, but with a banner about a “gratitude payment” — essentially a voluntary tip scheme. Since we were only staying one night and had no meaningful interaction with staff, I called to opt out. I was told they would “check my bill” to make sure it was removed. Next morning? Still there. I was already on a business call while my family tried to check out, and instead of handling it smoothly, the staff insisted payment had to be made with a physical card. Out of patience, I tapped my phone — and it worked instantly. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a hotel claiming five stars, this felt more like amateur hour. Good service isn’t about surprise “gratitude fees” — it’s about communication, competence, and knowing when to get out of the way so guests can enjoy their stay — and actually get on with their planned journey without unnecessary friction. Edit: funny answer - did they even READ my post? I did call them the day before and it was still on the invoice.

01/12/2025: Beautifully decorated and clean hotel. Great breakfast and location. Unfortunately, the management falls short on customer service. We were “upgraded” to this hotel immediately after booking the neighbouring hotel, which we selected specifically for its spa. Nowhere was it communicated that the spa was unavailable at either hotels - from the time of booking right up until check in. At check in, the staff did not offer any compensatory or complimentary services to make up for this lack of critical communication.

08/03/2026: I went yesterday with friends. I found it to be a really nice place, with excellent, friendly, and pleasant service. The food was good, there was a good selection, and the fish was fresh. I was particularly impressed by the first courses, the gnocchi. The desserts are not to be underestimated. I'll definitely be back.

22/02/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. A place steeped in history (see photos). A tasting menu where every ingredient contributes to the finesse and flavor of the dishes. Highly recommended.

Every detail is taken care of, the authenticity of the local products is respected, but the flavor combinations are refined, interesting, and perfectly executed. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming yet elegant.

27/02/2026: Portuguese cuisine in the shadow of the Laterna. Excellent flavors, often reminiscent of our own. Cod takes center stage. Good wine selection.
