15/09/2025: The entire vegan menu features so many delicious options, I wasn't expecting it! The location is unforgettable, with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Silence.

14/09/2025: Really great place, of course with location and view, and attentive service. The waitress got her own hook for her bag to hang on at the table, to name a few. We had a tartare to share for starters (was definitely enough for two, more than enough for one), and duck and bacon-wrapped tuna for mains, respectively, and a large chocolate dessert with assorted fruits to finish. Definitely worth the visit, and also good prices to keep the level high!

17/09/2025: There were four of us, we didn't have a reservation. They don't have a big menu, so we tried all the fish main courses. Excellent flavors, nice, humorous service (Luciano). Prices are completely acceptable! If we are in Genoa again, we will definitely come back here! Thank you very much for everything!

26/09/2025: Buonissimo! While passing through Santa Margherita Ligure, we were looking for a place to eat and decided to go to Oca Bianca. And from the starter to the dessert, we were not disappointed! Everything was perfect!! We received a very warm welcome, with very pleasant and friendly staff. And the food was simply delicious!! It's simple: I'd love the same restaurant in Geneva so I could go there every week! 🤍

06/10/2025: Comment on our stay at the Grand Hotel Savoia in Genoa. We spent two very pleasant nights at the Grand Hotel Savoia in Genoa, a splendid establishment where we fully appreciated the comfort of the premises, the quality of the services, and the varied and generous breakfast. The welcome and attentiveness of the staff deserve to be highlighted. We also took advantage of the proximity of the hotel's two restaurants, Tralalêro and Salgari, where we dined back-to-back. Unfortunately, our culinary experiences at both establishments did not live up to the hotel's standards. At Tralalêro, all dishes were served on cold plates, which detracted from the enjoyment of the dishes. Furthermore, a dish of bacalao, clearly too cold, seemed fresh from the refrigerator and had to be returned to the kitchen. At Salgari, the situation was similar: cold plates and an interminable wait for six seafood risottos, which were ultimately served barely warm, even though there were only a dozen guests in the room. To our surprise, the risotto was an unappealing turquoise blue, garnished with a few mussels and topped with a shrimp covered in sun-dried tomato skin. We would like to point out that these comments are made in a constructive spirit. It would be helpful to inform the kitchen teams at these two restaurants that guests are provided with a warming tray at breakfast, proof that it is entirely possible to serve food at a suitable temperature in this high-end establishment. Aside from these culinary disappointments, our stay at the Grand Hotel Savoia will remain a very pleasant memory, and we hope that these observations will help further improve the quality of the guest experience.

05/10/2025: Very easy to access by car. Valet parking for €28. Barely more expensive than a local parking lot. And you can leave your car keys there with complete confidence. Very well-located hotel. For three days we explored the city on foot. Only praise for everything. The welcome, the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the room. I highly recommend it.

11/09/2025: A beautiful and quaint place, it feels just like being in an inn. The staff is friendly and professional. We went two nights in a row because the food was truly excellent. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Genoa for a few days. Special mention goes to the Chianina beef ravioli au tuccu.

04/09/2025: Really good food and service, local place with lots of charm etc. Shared a pasta dish and got 2 main courses. Could finish the steak myself on a hot stone. Nice gimmick, but a bit indifferent to me, just finished the steak in the kitchen 😊

12/08/2025: It's my favorite restaurant. I just attended a tasting evening. The bread basket alone was worth the visit. Each dish was better than the last, and I had a second helping of gnocchi.

24/09/2025: A friend of ours recommended this place. It truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were happy to advise us on the menu. The wines were good.

14/09/2025: A small restaurant located in a side alley off Piazza Banchi. A real surprise, the owner who served us was truly kind and courteous. We had two Battolli (chestnut flour tagliatelle) with pesto, very delicate and delicious. A tender and flavorful rabbit fricassee. A green stockfish with very balanced and appetizing flavors. Everything is made on-site and with excellent quality ingredients. Excellent value for money!

15/09/2025: It was not busy at all, but we waited about 20 mins and nobody came to us. They saw us and they were walking around, but didn’t say anything, so we left

10/09/2025: Be careful, they may give you orders you didn't ask for and charge you for them on the bill. Make sure you know the price of each dish that is placed on the table.

02/09/2025: We had a little trouble finding the restaurant because there aren't many outward signs of its presence in the basement of this large building. The restaurant is decorated with dry stone walls, with a large open kitchen at the back, which creates a unique atmosphere. We had the "meat" menu, which was original and very good. Dessert can be chosen from the menu. The service is excellent, and this restaurant is sure to impress. A wonderful culinary experience at a reasonable price.

The owners, Marcello and Marzia, whom I greet, are fabulous and very committed, in addition to having chosen an excellent staff. Well done, truly.
