28/10/2024: The Olimpo restaurant is a true culinary jewel and more. The location, with attention to every detail, is enchanting and offers a wonderful view of both bays of Sestri Levante. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owner Giacomo Pittaluga, extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent sommelier, guarantees, together with all his staff, an absolutely pleasant experience, putting his guests at ease. The wine selection is exceptional, carefully selected, broad and Giacomo's suggestions always accompany us in a unique experience in perfect balance in the combination of food and wine. Chef Mauro Manfredi is also excellent and with experience and skill he offers exquisite and refined dishes, excellently presented and with perfectly balanced and sublime flavours, always selecting the highest quality raw materials. The executive chef who passes among the guests at the end of the dinner is a pleasant courtesy that completes the experience, reconfirming the perfect welcome that can be sensed from the moment you enter. The Olimpo restaurant offers an unforgettable, refined and exceptional culinary experience, immersed in a very evocative context and this is why it is always exciting to return and let yourself be pampered. The food was very good, we had two spectacular spaghettoni with lobster and some exceptional trofie with pesto for the child, they also took care to prepare the trofie for the child immediately. What can I say, we will definitely be back!

I was afraid of finding a tourist restaurant, but instead the atmosphere was intimate, the service impeccable, and the food original both in terms of presentation and combination of flavours. We tasted some tortelli with blueberry butter and coffee air, spectacular. The desserts with the matching glass are also good. The only thing I missed was a chocolate pour on the coconut pudding sphere ;)

La degustazione dei loro antipasti è un meraviglioso inizio che viene accompagnato da un ottimo cestino di pane e dell’olio davvero sublime. I primi piatti, con pasta fatta in casa, denotano cura nella scelta delle materie prime e perfezione nelle cotture. I dolci chiudono in maniera perfetta una piacevolissima cena. 29/09/2024: Il ristorante è situato in una zona un po' defilata rispetto al centro, che tuttavia è raggiungibile in cinque minuti di passeggiata sul mare. Il locale è arredato in modo semplice e senza fronzoli, ma e pulito e ordinato. La nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva: prezzi onesti, piatti buoni e, soprattutto, servizio velocissimo e molto attento. Gamberoni all' aceto balsamico e tagliata di tonno sono state le nostre scelte top! Ottima anche la crema catalana al cioccolato e caffè, un pizzico di originalità! Torneremo sicuramente.

Incredible choice between first courses, second courses, pizzas and desserts. Everything excellent! Always different dishes of the day which really don't help you choose what to have... too many good things :P

04/01/2025: La qualità delle materie prime è ottima, ma attenzione al fuori menù, i piatti del giorno sono estremamente fuori prezzo. Nella frittura mista ho trovato due totali di numero e tante verdure fritte. Servizio buono. Da provare, ma attenzione al fuori menù.
