Very good breakfast with large assortment What we didn't like · honestly a room on the 4th floor with only one air conditioner which was insufficient to heat the room, made us feel quite cold. I reported it at dinner time (even though we had already had the air conditioning on for 6 hours) and they came to check without getting any improvement. In the report I also asked for an extra blanket, but I was brought a tiny throw (the kind for a child's bed) which I only put on my wife's side of the bed. Bitter surprise also at checkout, where, despite the booking including half board, I was charged 6 euros for the service which did not appear at the time of booking. It's not for the 6 euros per se, but it seems ridiculous to me to make the customer pay for the waiter's service which should be included in the price of dinner. The dinner assortment was also very limited compared to other external customers who ate from the à la carte menu instead of half board like us. A real shame to get lost in these things. Also at check out I learned that the staff was aware of the malfunction of the second air conditioner in the bathroom and that it would have allowed you to take a shower without feeling the chills. I repeat, it is a beautiful structure which however has lost its way on significant things

18/12/2024: Sono tornata in questo locale dopo tanti anni. Molto delusa. Panino con ingredienti salati e bruciati, non mangiabile. Più di un'ora di attesa. Non consiglio.

07/12/2024: Terrible experience. It is truly unacceptable that both the owners at the counter smoke, and even some customers. While eating, breathing in other people's smoke is something vomiting. The stench was noticeable as soon as we entered and I came out with my hair stinking. We will never go there again. Pretty good food, friendly waiters but we waited more than half an hour for dessert

21/12/2024: Beautiful, versatile place both for the food and the environment, easy to reach, my pizza experience is amazing, and then Vincenzo is welcoming and friendly, it feels like being among friends, I recommend it!
