13/06/2025: I ate at this restaurant twice, I had a good time and would go back.
Unfortunately the place has a strange smell that doesn't make me feel exactly at ease.

25/07/2025: The pizza was definitely good for this restaurant in Sala Baganza. Unfortunately, I didn't try anything else to comment on the rest of the food. The service—at least from what I saw—was friendly and prompt. The diner next to me criticized the chocolate ice cream, which she said had chunks of ice in it, perhaps not stored properly.
10/07/2025: The food is good and there is a great choice between Parma cuisine, pie, mushrooms and pizza (even at midday). The external location is very beautiful. 👍

It's not 5 stars....
But 10 stars out of 5!!!!!

La Cucina Del Maestro

28/07/2025: La Cucina del Maestro is a true celebration of Parma’s culinary tradition. The menu is filled with local classics made using exceptional ingredients — from prosciutto di Parma to beautifully aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
The absolute highlight of the meal was the anolini in capon broth. Rich, hearty, and deeply flavorful, it felt like the essence of Parma in a bowl — comforting and expertly prepared. We also tried the tortelli verdi with spalla di San Secondo, which were delicious, with a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
The ambiance is warm and rustic, and while the service was a little slow, it was still friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I’d gladly return to for another bowl of those unforgettable anolini.
18/07/2025: The food was fine. The service was so bad. We wanted to ask for the bill and waited half an hour. Then we wanted to pay by card and waited another half hour for the ATM. I almost walked out.

20/04/2025: Excellent food, spectacular wines, beautiful environment and very kind staff! I love them
09/02/2025: Although the food wasn't bad I'm not convinced. Very skimpy vegetarian proposals, when we asked to replace the fassona with a bruschetta for cheese we were told no and that the chef should have studied the proposal.
At the end of the evening we spent 55 euros for 4 glasses of wine (pretty good but nothing much than 6 euros per glass), a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes (10 euros) and a platter with 8 small pieces of cheese which, all things considered, weren't bad (16 euros).
In conclusion, although the food wasn't stellar, we didn't have a bad evening. I rate three stars for the effort and hoping for greater availability for the next times.

02/08/2025: Cozy and cute place, friendly staff, excellent food—the profiteroles and coffee cream are a must—and the karaoke and brainstorming nights are really fun.
04/06/2025: I chose BANG for a private party, excellent organization, excellent service, very kind and friendly staff, excellent food, very well managed karaoke, I highly recommend it if you want to spend a wonderful evening
