21/12/2024: Very bad experience. I haven't been back in years and I won't be back. We show up promptly at 9pm. We decide to split a mini platter and pickles in two together with a bottle of wine (usually they bring more options of wine bottles to choose from but ok, let's say this is not the main problem) then how main course 1 portion of meatballs and a bruschetta. The shared starter arrives after 1h20 minutes. The bread precedes the starter by 5 minutes. We finish the appetizer and given the long wait we ask how long it takes for the rest. We are told 10 minutes. At 11pm the meatballs arrive but not the bruschetta. After 5 minutes the wrong bruschetta arrives. Obviously at that time you feel hungry and I ask either to be served immediately or not to receive the order. I am told that the bruschetta will arrive in three minutes. In short, my main course arrives at 11.20pm!!!! In all this, the waiter calmly tasted his first glass of red behind the counter! I would say unspeakable professionalism. We wait for the table to be cleared and asked for any sweet/bitter/coffee... NOTHING. We don't see anyone anymore. Exhausted we decide to leave... obviously not without paying. 37 euros each.. no discount for the inconvenience.

09/11/2024: Although the food wasn't bad I'm not convinced. Very skimpy vegetarian proposals, when we asked to replace the fassona with a bruschetta for cheese we were told no and that the chef should have studied the proposal. At the end of the evening we spent 55 euros for 4 glasses of wine (pretty good but nothing much than 6 euros per glass), a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes (10 euros) and a platter with 8 small pieces of cheese which all in all were not bad (16 euros ). In conclusion, although the food wasn't stellar, we didn't have a bad evening. I rate three stars for the effort and hoping for greater availability for the next times.

04/12/2024: Fun environment, especially on karaoke nights. Average food, overcooking of the burgers (asked for medium cooking). Friendly and prepared service.

30/12/2024: Nice place, but the staff needs to be "rearranged". At lunchtime we order two aperitifs, spritz. After 30 minutes nothing arrives and the waiter is alerted. Another 10 minutes...Aperol arrives and we had ordered campari; so we wait another 5 minutes and although they apologize for the delay, they don't even bring us the minimum accompaniment, such as the promised chips, because the sandwich area was too busy with lunch orders. Bottom line, nothing at all to nibble on, something that now even the bars in suburbs grant you. Premise; before this report we complained to the cashier about the service, just to be fair. Review the organization. Places in the center can't make this mess.

19/11/2024: Nice place, shame about the unprofessional and unclear staff. In particular we had a problem with a cocktail, we order the aperitif, it is served to us and we are asked for payment immediately. So far everything is normal. One of the cocktails we ordered was not to our liking and we ask for a bottle of water just to wash down the dry and hard sandwich and the rest of the not-so-fresh things on the cutting board. The waiter points out to us that we would have paid €5(?) for the water during aperitif hours even if we had already paid for the aperitif and offers us the bottle of filtered water from the place and to replace the cocktail we don't like. Great, we accept! He shows up with the new cocktail and asks us to pay for it 😂 great!
