19/02/2025: Excellent location for accessing the historical site, comfortable, clean and well laid out rooms. The highlight was the breakfast pastries, friendliness of staff during breakfast and the view from the breakfast lounge. Visiting the adjoining restaurant in the evening is also a must.
16/02/2025: All the stuff exspecially the manager was very kind.
Everything was excellent.
All in all I can offer this hotel to everyone.

Il Machiavelli restaurant e lounge

07/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The place is practically a closed veranda with sheets from which drafts pass through, my feet were frozen all evening. As for the food, the starters were decent, the first paccheri with seafood ragù, the ragù good, the paccheri overcooked (and you need some to overcook the paccheri!), the second first course, champagne risotto was tasteless completely without salt and above all without Champagne!
The second course was a good sea bream fillet but the potatoes on top were raw.
Good but frozen apple pie, but the thing that really left me stunned were the lentils, the large ones from discount stores, dry, mushy, completely without salt, unpresentable and inedible, in fact everyone left them.
On a positive note, the service, the girls are kind and polite
I don't think we will return to this restaurant again
01/01/2025: A delightful New Year's Eve in Pompeii How can we not leave an excellent review for this place, where we were truly welcomed like family members without neglecting professionalism, accompanied by good music as soon as we arrived Antonio, one of the owners, immediately welcomed us like family members, the super active staff, but the jewel in the crown was Gianluca the Chef, also one of the owners who delighted and pampered us with his splendid and tasty fish-based cuisine, all fresh, cooked to perfection but with flavors above many other places in Pompeii, highly recommended. Well done guys, I can only recommend everyone to taste your delicacies. THE TOP of cuisine, hospitality, cleanliness, elegance and professionalism. Well done. Well done..

09/02/2025: Came to this restaurant and was seated quickly. Server took 10 minutes to come to our table. They refused to serve us because we didn’t choose an item from the “main course”. They told us to leave or order from the main menu. I was very disgusted with their behaviour. I have never been treated like this at a restaurant before. We left thereafter. Very rude staff. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I went there for a tour, but what about this?
Even if you just take food out of the food waste bin in Rome,
I think it tasted better than this place.
For those going on a tour, please take note:
I don't know what they mean when they give me a whole pizza and ask for a knife and they say no.
Worst service food atmosphere
31/01/2025: ツアーで利用。不味い、遅い、五月蝿いの３拍子揃ったラブリーなレストランです。
●不味い・・・１品目はカプレーゼ、モッツァレラがイマイチでしたが普通。問題は２品目のボンゴレ。麺がアルデンテを通り越して滅茶苦茶固くて不味かった。
●遅い・・・とにかく料理が出て来るのが遅く、結局２時間近くも掛かって時間の無駄。
●五月蝿い・・・社員食堂みたいな殺風景でだだっ広い部屋で入れ替わりに団体が来るのでかなり五月蝿かった。特に中○人と韓○人の五月蝿さに閉口しました。
旅行会社のアンケートには勿論ボロクソ書かせていただきました。

11/08/2024: Comimos allí tres veces. Es un lugar con un servicio muy atento. Y cada vez la comida era muy deliciosa. El besugo recién salido de la parrilla era excelente, no seco, muy fresco y bien condimentado. La ensalada de mariscos como entrante es una buena opción. Además, recomendamos el tomate afrutado bruschetta. La pasta con berberechos fue otro punto culminante. Escucha las sugerencias diarias del jefe de cocina. El rendimiento es correcto, y también el precio! Vendremos de nuevo.
08/07/2024: Antipasto da 8 euro a testa con 3 fette di prosciutto crudo e quattro funghetti e una fettina di melone bianco, tutto qui, ordiniamo 2 spaghetti alle vongole, pensavo fossero in bianco invece arrivano col sugo,valutazione del piatto appena sufficiente, quindi anche un primo penne al prosciutto passabile, ordiniamo due fritture di pesce , una mista e una solo calamari, risultate dure e striminzite,essendo un ordine alla carta dovevano essere per lo meno più abbondanti e fritte meglio , ordinato anche un petto di pollo alla griglia e patatine, alla fine decidiamo di non prendere più nulla, conto totale 92 euro , per 3 persone , e abbiamo bevuto solo acqua, meno male che ci siamo fermati, avrei voluto prendere anche un dolce e caffè ma abbiamo rinunciato, poi non parliamo del servizio, la cameriera sempre col telefonino in mano, arrivavano le portate con ancora i piatti sul tavolo, poi attesa infinita per I secondi, non siamo rimasti contenti, non andrò mai più in questo ristorante.
