07/01/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel but had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Magnificent setting with views of the maiella and the sea. Very good service, they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from and for the littlest one a primo of pasta with ragu and a secondo of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice to the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. Dishes sometimes a little confusing but overall good. The only downside for me is the slightly small quantities.

The experience was so exhilarating that it was impossible to find words that would describe it in the right way.

20/02/2025: A little hidden gem!
I stopped for lunch with a friend at this restaurant. The staff was courteous and professional.
The venue offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
Personally I ordered some homemade tortelli stuffed with guinea fowl which I found really delicious.
The Entrecôte was cooked to perfection and the tiramisu was also very good.
Note of merit for the oil and bread they produce.
Super recommended for those who love traditional cuisine!
14/02/2025: This was an evening to forget, barely enough food, terrible service with a disorganization never seen before... to conclude the payment I was asked to wait at the table while the operator was talking on the phone to someone who was instructing him. Customer respect must come first we will never return! And then everyone wonders why restaurants in Romagna are doing well... Well ask yourself some questions... Nowadays people go around and evaluate...

Scendendo verso la Puglia, abbiamo deciso di fare una deviazione per provare la cucina sopra un trabocco.
Dopo aver consultato le recensioni abbiamo scelto di fermarci qui.
Nulla da dire sulla struttura, ma essendo in mezzo al mare speravamo di cenare sentendo le onde e invece un giovanissimo metre ha passato la serata a scegliere le varie musiche facendoci sentire anche le varie pubblicità che Spotify proponeva.
Menu’ uguale per tutti , con annesso tuffo negli anni 80 dal “ percorso” all’ impiattamento.
Arrivo obbligatorio alle 21 e alle 22,15 avevamo già mangiato e pagato.
Nello specifico due piatti di antipasti, uno crudo e uno caldo, paccheri al “profumo “ di mare, perché di pesce neanche l’ombra e per finire un filetto di branzino al forno.
Come dolce un tortino al limone con sopra topper di frutti della passione.
Che dire delusione totale.

09/08/2024: Consigliato senza alcun dubbio. Ottima pinsa, leggera, gustosa, abbondante di farcitura. Presa una senza glutine, una delizia di leggerezza e perfetta cottura. Signora del pub gentile e attenta alla clientela. Locazione all'aperto nel centro storico piacevole. Costi più che ragionevoli. Abbiamo assaggiato uno yogurt fatto da loro che era una delizia, naturalmente senza glutine e lattosio. Da ritornare appena possibile.
04/08/2024: Ottimo punto di ristoro al centro di Fara San Martino. Mangiato 2 belle pinse con il salmone affumicato e con tartufo funghi e salsiccia, ottime abbondante con 2 belle birre a prezzo irrisorio.
