Beautiful and well-kept gardens. Martina (the owner) immediately exudes energy and accommodates every little request. The staff is truly fantastic: knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, smiling, and friendly!! And the chef?!?!! What can I say? Absolutely FANTASTIC 😍❣️ He delighted everyone's palates with every course!! From the youngest to great-grandmother!!! Taking care and attention to intolerances and allergies as well. 07/05/2026: Oh my, what a great time we had! Fried cheese with that fabulous chili pepper sauce. The Teramo-style chitarra makes you realize your grandmother cooked almost as well as Mauro's chefs. The mega-scaloppine with a mountain of porcini mushrooms and the lemon version are addictive... It's addictive! The staff is incredibly kind. This trattoria is a true lunch treat. If you're passing through Teramo, stop here. I'm sure you'll agree with me after your meal. Bravo, Mauro.

02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

01/05/2026: First time here. Fast service, excellent traditional homemade food, 30g arrosticini that are simply amazing. I can't wait to go back, but it's a shame it's almost an hour from my house. I highly recommend it, especially for the lovely town it's located in.

She welcomed us warmly and delighted us with typical Abruzzo cuisine. Excellent service and delicious food! Highly recommended; definitely book a few days in advance.

I ordered the chitarrine and they were simply excellent—pasta made just right, with that authentic flavor of Abruzzo tradition. The cuisine is authentic, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients are top-quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, just the right amount, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in the province of Teramo.

19/05/2026: I visited this restaurant in the center of Teramo and had a truly wonderful time. I started with a truly excellent charcuterie and cheese platter, made with quality and beautifully presented ingredients. This type of appetizer is usually served for at least two people, but since I was alone, they were very kind enough to prepare a smaller version for me without any fuss, which I really appreciated. Next, I had some truly delicious fettuccine with porcini mushrooms: well-made pasta, flavorful porcini mushrooms, and a generous portion. The real highlight, however, was the service: the staff were very courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout the dinner, making me feel welcome even though I was alone. Excellent value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're passing through Teramo's city center, I'd happily recommend this place!

We opted for the six-course tasting menu, and everything was excellent, from the ingredients used to the flavor combinations. Honorable mention: the appetizers truly amazed us! 12/06/2026: Sometimes you have to trust, and Gemini (ai) gave us several suggestions. But the first one, Borgo Antico, was the one that was most explicit. And so it went. We went to this place and... we ate really well and for little money. The mopping up of every plate is a satisfaction for the diner and the chef alike! The owner of the place is excellent. Attentive and helpful. In short, highly recommended.

11/06/2026: Discovered by chance on a random Saturday evening, this restaurant impressed us with its excellent food and its location away from the hustle and bustle, having even had the opportunity to dine outside on a small street in Teramo's historic center. The quality of the food is very good, the only disappointment being the desserts (sweet pizza and cream cake), which weren't up to par with the other dishes we'd tasted. Overall, a place worth considering.

The ingredients, the dough, and the leavening—you can taste the dedication and passion behind them. Fast and efficient, but above all, polite, and the value is unsurpassed.
