Beautiful and well-kept gardens. Martina (the owner) immediately exudes energy and accommodates every little request. The staff is truly fantastic: knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, smiling, and friendly!! And the chef?!?!! What can I say? Absolutely FANTASTIC 😍❣️ He delighted everyone's palates with every course!! From the youngest to great-grandmother!!! Taking care and attention to intolerances and allergies as well. 13/07/2026: Every time I've been there with my family, we've always appreciated the quality of the ingredients used in their dishes. The menu is extensive. It offers a wide selection of first courses, second courses (I recommend the meat course, it's really good), and pizzas. I recommend the tiramisu or the trio of desserts. They also offer a selection of very interesting revisited dishes. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I recommend booking before you go.

01/05/2026: First time here. Fast service, excellent traditional homemade food, 30g arrosticini that are simply amazing. I can't wait to go back, but it's a shame it's almost an hour from my house. I highly recommend it, especially for the lovely town it's located in.

27/03/2026: I happened upon some arrosticini and I have to say they were delicious! Valentina, the owner, is a cheerful, unique, charming, and friendly person. She welcomed us warmly and delighted us with typical Abruzzo cuisine. Excellent service and delicious food! Highly recommended; definitely book a few days in advance.

I ordered the chitarrine and they were simply excellent—pasta made just right, with that authentic flavor of Abruzzo tradition. The cuisine is authentic, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients are top-quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, just the right amount, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in the province of Teramo.

12/08/2026: Missing stars. It was a "major" experience. The place is small, but nice. I dined outdoors with my wife. I wasn't happy with having to choose the same menu, but in the end, it turned out to be a winning idea. The staff—a young woman at the tables and the chef also at the tables (I'll explain why later)—were not friendly. More than that. Helpful and attentive. And now for the menus. We chose the six-course one because, in my utter ignorance, in a Michelin-rated restaurant, "how much do you want to eat?" Well, it's not the "how much" but the "WHAT." Dishes were perfectly presented, served by the chef who also described each dish step by step. Three-texture tomato, revisited stuffed pepper, ingredients like yuba, baba ganoush, labneh, pork tenderloin with soy mayonnaise. In short, everything was extremely good and satisfying, even for a quantity specialist like me. Finally, I even had a chance to chat with the chef, who is very knowledgeable about the seasonality and timing of the various products—porcini mushrooms, lupine—and is meticulous about the crops he grows himself. Most of the ingredients are actually home-grown. In short, I'm not sure if you've made it clear, but I was pleasantly impressed. I'll definitely be back when the menu meets my tastes. The price? It's irrelevant given the quality.

23/07/2026: Small place, but as we all know, good things come in small packages🥰🥰... High-quality food, but above all, a high-quality visual... The super chef with his magical hands turns every dish into a true work of art... High-quality wines... A small flaw: it's not exactly within everyone's reach, but if everyone were, we'd all have a restaurant... One last note for those thinking of going there and gorging themselves and eating in a hurry, well, think again... The Spoon restaurant is a place where you learn to eat and you sit down and enjoy everything, even the first sip of water... Duration of the experience: at least an hour and a half... Fabulous😍😍😍😍

16/08/2026: Excellent appetizers. We had the cheese and oreo meatballs. The first course of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was excellent, served in abundance. The arrosticini were delicious. Thank you for sharing the flavors of Abruzzo with us.

My wife and I went there yesterday for dinner: we had fried cheese (outstanding), meatballs, arrosticini (outstanding), and an excellent almond semifreddo. The service was super fast, and everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. If you're passing through Teramo, you can't miss this place! See you next time! 😉

The ingredients, the dough, and the leavening—you can taste the dedication and passion behind them. Fast and efficient, but above all, polite, and the value is unsurpassed. I recommend them to anyone who wants a truly quality pizza at a more than fair price. My compliments, truly.
