The menu, consisting of five appetizers, two first courses, one second course with a side dish, and a truly exceptional cake, was a true crescendo of flavors. The courses, besides being delicious, were impeccably presented: carefully crafted dishes, elegant and never boring, with original and sophisticated offerings. The service was well-managed, with attentive, always-available waiters, capable of serving the meal at the right time without being intrusive. A huge compliment goes to both the chef, for the quality and creativity of the dishes, and to the organizer, who oversaw everything with precision and professionalism. The room decor was refined and meticulously crafted, as was the truly elegant arrangement of favors and confetti. A special day made even more unforgettable by a competent and passionate team. Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: Oh my, what a great time we had! Fried cheese with that fabulous chili pepper sauce. The Teramo-style chitarra makes you realize your grandmother cooked almost as well as Mauro's chefs. The mega-scaloppine with a mountain of porcini mushrooms and the lemon version are addictive... It's addictive! The staff is incredibly kind. This trattoria is a true lunch treat. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

14/05/2026: An excellent experience on May 1st in Teramo, a day celebrated throughout the city to celebrate the traditional dish "Virtù." Set menu: local cured meats and cheeses, mazzarella, all-you-can-eat virtù, mixed grill, side dishes, sweet pizza, and drinks included. Price: €50 per person. Not cheap, at least compared to other local restaurants offering similar options, but the place is nice and just the right size to make you feel comfortable. Perhaps a little noisy when full. Some soundproofing could be considered. Excellent service: we never had to ask for another carafe of still or sparkling water, wine, or bread basket. We were always, and I mean always, greeted by the staff, assisted for the occasion by the owner. The dishes served were all top-quality: quality cured meats, not the usual very young prosciutto, perfectly aged; the cheeses were also excellent; mazzarella (another typical Teramo seasonal dish), but with several ripasso (ripassi). I personally enjoyed it three times! Virtues galore. This is perhaps the only criticism I could make, because Virtues are a dish that every family prepares slightly differently. For example, I found them a little too liquidy, poorly blended, but still very good, so much so that I made two more re-seasonings! Next was a mixed grill: sliced ​​beef, lamb, and baked sausage. All delicious and tender meat. And this too was plentiful, complete with re-seasoning! A side salad, to degrease the fat, was served, although there was nothing greasy about it. In fact, one thing we all commented on (there were seven of us at the table) was that we felt light and clean. To complete the lunch, the Pizza Dolce Teramana was a must, and here the re-seasoning would have been nice, but it was offset by the cantuccini biscuits that accompanied the coffee. In short, a great experience, worth repeating even on any Sunday, given that they have all-inclusive menus for 30 euros, which seems like a very fair price to me.
