27/01/2025: Very suggestive restaurant with a touch of antiquity, truly beautiful, family atmosphere, very kind waiters, normal portions, all very good, highly recommended, we will be back.
13/01/2025: Whipped by the wind of a cold winter day, we couldn't find better refreshment than the restaurant at the castle
We were resurrected with the chickpea and porcini mushroom soup
Warm up with a glass of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
Wake up with meatballs with Colonnata lard
Rejoice with almond sweets
I recommend you visit Aiello with its beautiful murals and stopping for lunch at the castle guarantees true Apulian cuisine

10/02/2025: Excellent lunch on 02/09/25, we were 4 adults and a little girl, they welcomed us with a bruschetta with an excellent oil, we had a rustic appetizer accompanied with cheese and egg pallotte, the little girl some excellent meatballs with sauce, the dish of the day was a fresh pasta with burrata, black olives and cherry tomatoes, then a fan of pork and lamb with cheese and where (I highly recommend) sweets and bitter coffee, what can I say we had a great time and the girls' service was impeccable they were very kind, we arrived at 1pm and at 2.45pm we had finished lunch very quickly.
01/02/2025: Very nice and welcoming environment, kind and very attentive staff, very good food (especially the very tender meat and the cheese and egg balls). Extra attention: The dish is heated before serving. We had a very good time.

05/11/2024: Con una visuale sulla Piana del Fucino, a poche centinaia di metri da Aielli e i suoi murales, il ristorante Casale è la tappa perfetta per iniziare o concludere una visita ad Aielli stessa. Anche passeggiare nei dintorni del Casale stesso è un'esperienza gradevole visto il panorama di cui dispone. Piatti tradizionali, buoni e prezzi economici, cosa che sinceramente non mi aspettavo vista la struttura dall esterno.
Tutto positivo insomma secondo me.
25/09/2024: Durante nuestra estancia en Abruzzo, mi familia y yo nos encontramos con este hermoso restaurante en las montañas de Aielli. La comida, el ambiente, el servicio y la hospitalidad de los propietarios era excepcional y nos lo pasamos increíble. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este restaurante de propiedad familiar si desea disfrutar de una cocina auténtica con impresionantes vistas. Grazie mille per la tua generosità❤️

29/12/2024: Abbiamo trovato questo locale durante un soggiorno a Celano, la cosa che ci ha colpito sono state le sue recensioni, e devo dire che non mentivano affatto.
Il locale rimane pienamente immerso nella natura, e fuori dal centro abitato di Celano, ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Per raggiungerlo si lascia la strada principale, e percorrendo una strada asfaltata letteralmente immersa nella natura si raggiunge la Location. La stessa si trova alla vostra destra, e sembra quasi di entrare in una casa privata, ma come ci ha spiegato il proprietario, trovandosi all'interno di un parco naturalistico, per salvaguardare la fauna locale non gli consentono di adottare troppi dispositivi luminosi o varie. Comunque il personale è gentilissimo e in grado di mettervi subito a vostro agio. Noi abbiamo preso un antipasto con formaggio e arrosticini, veramente buoni. Per secondo pizza per tutti, e anche li un esaltazione di sapori. Prezzi molto onesti. Grazie al padrone di casa per la bella serata, torneremo sicuramente.

01/08/2024: Cena tra amici, abbiamo ordinato fritti , pizza e carne. I supplì ottimi ( fatti da loro e non i soliti prodotti surgelati ) Pizza davvero buona, sottile e digeribile ( ingredienti freschi ) arrosticini spettacolari, mai mangiati così buoni. Camerieri gentili e disponibili. Locale pulito e molto caratteristico. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
