A must-see immersive experience for the most discerning palate. You will not be disappointed however be prepared to want to return over and over again. One of the finest meal/dining experiences I’ve EVER had. Molto Bene!

19/04/2025: Bellissima esperienza,la mia prima volta a pranzo su un Trabocco. Arrivati a San Vito Chietino abbiamo parcheggiato e affittato delle bici a bordo delle quali costeggiando il meraviglioso lungo mare su una splendida ciclabile abbiamo raggiunto il nostro Trabocco. Menù fisso di pesce, tanti antipasti,una meravigliosa chitarra ricca di pesce,un assaggio di frittura,bevande, dolci, caffè e amaro,tanta cortesia e panorama mozzafiato al modesto prezzo di 55€ cadauno

03/05/2025: a friend from the area had told me about it and at the first opportunity, going to Luigi Ulisse in his estate to get some nice bottles of wine to give to friends, I wanted to go, the location is enchanting, a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, between 2 fantastic trabocchi, shame about the entrance from the street, a little hidden and in bad shape, but when you're inside you forget about it The menu is rich and the choice is varied with excellent dishes, I would have taken a nice bottle of Ulisse, but they were on delivery and I had some local Cerasuolo brought to me_Valentino Cantine Mucci The squid in its water intrigues me right away and I have them brought to me, you have to wait for the cooking time, because it's all express, great professionalism and the result of the wait is truly excellent, the squid melts in your mouth and the filling is delicious, fantastic raw material and you can't help but make the slipper with the crusty bread they brought you, even if you then dip the other one too so as not to leave any of that fantastic broth I wanted a sauté of mussels but he tells me that he will bring it to me as a second course and so I ask him to recommend a first course: Fusilloro “Verrigni” with asparagus and scampi, very, very good Then the mussels arrive, which at that point you will have replaced with a sea bass skewer, but the order had already gone and I was a little disappointed, the only flaw, not being able to change a dish on the go would have been avoided, too bad! The Vallevò mussel stew, however, was good with a little peeled tomato which released a nice sauce, but garlic, which I hate, is not brought to the table, you remove it before bringing the dish, I don't like to taste it in the fish, seeing it makes me uncomfortable, that's fine! I make up for it with the dessert, I don't think I saw them in the QR code and the lady on duty tells me about them, a good dessert with chocolate and almond brittle, very good Then coffee and off you go I'd like to go back with friends, next time!!

31/03/2025: I went for the first time with local friends, intrigued by the good Roman pizza with mortazza, I must say that it exceeded expectations, thin and crunchy, excellent, the gourmet pizzas were special and delicious, we ended with the focaccia with superlative Nutella, this crunchy one too is therefore very light, the owners are friendly, kind and welcoming☆

20/04/2025: Posto fantastico e personale accogliente. Unica pecca il cibo veramente di scarsa qualità e cucinato male, menù fisso senza alcuna scelta a 70 euro. Da non ripetere.

02/03/2025: Sunday lunch. Recommended to me by a friend. View of the 🌊 . Very fresh and well cooked fish. Nice and characteristic environment on several levels. I absolutely recommend the starters and first courses: really high quality. Average cost considering a good bottle 🍷.

31/08/2024: In giro per la costa dei trabocchi scopri questo posto per caso . Un po’ come essere ad una sagra quindi tavoli e servizio da tale, anche se attento ai clienti e molto gentili dal camerieri al sig Antonio . Ma i piatti sono la vera essenza della trattoria , di quelle poche che ho incontrato dal gran sasso alla costa dei trabocchi. Preso arrosticini molto buoni un primo anelli (pasta fresca di fattura tipo gnocchi di farina) con verdure e ricotta fresca grattugiata Sopra con un bel sugo corposo , verdure al forno , trippa alla teramana buonissima e poi lei, pecora alla callara , mamma mia che roba ragazi , voto 9 abbondante buonissima. Il tutto con 3/4 di vino amaro acqua spesa 25 a testa , onestissimi. Super super consigliari se vi piacciono posti così.
