I'm a 50-year-old woman with chronic incontinence and was urgently looking for a restroom as soon as I arrived. Also, at that time of the month, I could smell pizza in the air, so I was hoping to eat as well. The counter was empty, so I decided to go to the restroom alone and asked permission from an employee, who granted it. But as I was leaving, a lady—I don't know if she was an employee or a manager—politely pointed out to me that the restroom was reserved for customers only. My only mistake was not leaving a €1 tip for flushing water and drying my hands. I've never seen anything like it, not even in the lowest dive in town.
