05/07/2026: A gem in the heart of Lanciano: impeccable tradition and a unique atmosphere! In the heart of Lanciano lies Abruzzo Gourmet, a place that captivates you from the first moment. The decor is a perfect and successful blend of vintage and modern, creating a warm, refined, and decidedly welcoming atmosphere. But the real journey begins at the table: everything we ordered was simply exquisite. We started the meal with crispy and flavorful bruschetta, then moved on to the first courses, each one more delicious than the last: a rintrocilo with a three-meat ragù, robust and authentic, as per tradition, and a chitarrina with porcini mushrooms and truffle, with an incredible aroma and balance. Of course, we couldn't miss the arrosticini, expertly cooked, tender and juicy, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. To finish off the meal, we tried the "Nonna Antonietta" pizza: a real surprise, with a light dough and top-quality ingredients that taste like home. If you're looking for the true essence of Abruzzo cuisine with a modern twist and in a stunning location in Lanciano, this is the perfect place. We'll definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️

04/08/2026: After almost 10 hours of travel and 2 hours of traffic, we stopped for dinner at the first place on the way to our B&B. A kind passerby told us they had pizza and arrosticini. We had a great time; the staff was friendly, discreet, and approachable. The food was delicious, expertly cooked. We had a beef tartare (exceptional), Montepulciano risotto, spaghetti with speck and pistachio, a Margherita pizza, and 20 delicious arrosticini (we really wanted to try them). The place doesn't look great from the outside, or at least not as good as the food and the excellent ingredients, but that's okay; that's not what matters. It's a clean place, and I repeat, everything was delicious. The pizza dough was excellent. From where I was sitting, I noticed a decent selection of gin, which is a significant plus and in line with the service offered. It's a shame we were just passing through. What can I say? Highly recommended, affordable prices, we'll be back. Thanks to all the staff. Prices

18/04/2026: A fairly disappointing experience. The staff was excellent, but the food quality was a bit less so. The croquettes, Ascoli olives, and French fries were fairly mediocre. The pinsas had good toppings but were pre-cooked, given that the open kitchen literally allows you to see everything.

15/08/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We arrived at 1:00 PM on Ferragosto (August 15th) and left at 4:45 PM, without even waiting for dessert and fruit. Almost four hours for a lunch consisting of an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course: absolutely unacceptable. The food was good. It's a shame about the service, which completely ruined the meal. Ferragosto can be busier, but waiting almost four hours for so few courses is just too much. We left without dessert and fruit simply because we didn't want to wait any longer.

07/11/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times. The setting is very charming, located in a rustic setting in the historic center of Lanciano. The atmosphere is very intimate and pleasant, thanks in part to the background music, and the waiters are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent; the menu features excellent traditional Lanciano and Abruzzo dishes. I highly recommend the rintrocilo with ragù and the cheese and egg balls. The meat is also excellent. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable for the quality. A truly excellent place.
