13/02/2024: posto tranquillo, qualità del cibo buona e personale molto cordiale. Stanza molto grande e adatta sia ad adulti che bambini. Consigliata la selezione della carne.

04/02/2024: Attesa infinita. Arriviamo intorno alle 14:00 per mangiare qualcosa a pranzo in tranquillità e ci troviamo davanti ad un locale super affollato. Anche solo per chiedere se ci fosse un tavolo abbiamo dovuto aspettare 5 minuti in piedi. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa qualcuno viene a prendere finalmente le ordinazioni. Dopo un'ora dall'arrivo ancora non erano arrivate neanche le bevande. Assolutamente sconsigliato, non ne vale la pena, almeno non di domenica.

After several requests and yet another person served before us, we left. When we pointed this out to the girl at the counter we were told that she was carrying out the orders as they were brought to her. Well at least apologize, don't justify yourself and given the situation make sure to resolve the situation! Lots and lots and lots of arrogance. 28/02/2024: The pizza honestly wasn't that great, compared to some time ago the pizza was excellent and for this reason I went back with some friends, but then when he brought the pizza it was completely different, acidic sauce and rubbery dough, the service was good.

29/03/2024: we went for lunch, know that you can't order different dishes because apparently the kitchen can't do them, overcooked pasta, good but really poor frying, poor salad (€2.5 for a few absurd leaves) you can't even ask for condiments . I won't set foot there again Ps rude staff with a desire to argue, go and eat a good kebab!

11/03/2024: Let's take the menu of the day to do immediately, an hour and a half to eat, a two year old girl who was given neither a glass nor a plate nor a napkin, two people two slices of bread who were also ashamed... acceptable food even if for 40 euros it's a steal in terms of quantity (the fry consists of three half squids and three cods the size of goldfish. If you're at the station go and eat the kebab at least you won't feel robbed!!

09/03/2024: Ci era stato suggerito di provare questo locale da amici che c'erano già stati. Chiamiamo per prenotare e ci fanno notare che lavorano su turni, cosa a noi poco gradita perché si esce il sabato sera per poter cenare in relax ed invece sei costretto a mangiare guardando l'orologio. In ogni caso abbiamo voluto prenotare ed abbiamo scelto il secondo turno delle 21.30 con l'auspicio di poter cenare senza l'ansia di doverci alzare. Premesso ciò, ci presentiamo alle 21.30 in punto e veniamo "non" accolti da una cameriera posizionata dietro al bancone, la quale nemmeno ci saluta e a malapena risponde al nostro saluto (se questa è l'accoglienza..). Facciamo presente alla stessa che avevamo prenotato un tavolo e ci risponde di aspettare giusto il tempo che si alzino i clienti e che preparino il tavolo per noi nella sala più grande. Dopo una decina di minuti, in attesa che ci venisse apparecchiato il tavolo in sala, vediamo alzarsi due clienti da un tavolino posto in un angolo angusto in prossimità del bancone ed a fianco alla porta di accesso alla sala, dove il continuo via vai di clienti e camerieri creava fastidio. A quel punto ci viene detto dalla ragazza dietro al bancone che avremmo dovuto sederci proprio lì ed alla nostra richiesta del tavolino che ci era stato assegnato in sala, ci veniva risposto che non ce lo avrebbero più assegnato, perché serviva in sala per unirlo ad altri tavoli per una tavolata e l'unica alternativa per noi era di accettare l'angusto tavolino di cui sopra. Alla luce di tutto ciò, in considerazione della pessima accoglienza, della scarsa considerazione dei clienti danneggiati dall'intenzione di ottimizzare turni e ricavi a tutti costi, abbiamo deciso di andar via e sicuramente non ci torneremo, prediligendo locali dove al cliente è data la giusta importanza e non è reputato solamente un oggetto di profitto.

28/02/2024: Hostaria Luppolo è un ristorante-pizzeria localizzato a Chieti Scalo (CH) in Via Colle dell' Ara, 243. L'attività non presenta un parcheggio privato: consiglio vivamente di lasciare la macchina nello spiazzale circostante. Hostaria Luppolo offre ai suoi clienti una pizza tradizionale (forno a legna presente). Le pizze sul menù sono numerose, tutte condite con ingredienti particolari, locali/nazionali e di qualità. L'impasto classico è leggero, molto digeribile; sono disponibili anche altre tipologie di impasto. Nel menù sono presenti anche: chips artigianali, antipasti misti, fritti vari, primi e secondi, arrosticini, tagliate, hamburger e dolci. Disponibili numerose bevande, vini e birre (anche artigianali). I prezzi sono giustificati dalla qualità offerta (riscontrato un aumento generale rispetto alla prima esperienza - legato al generale aumento dei prezzi post-Covid). Servizio preciso, attento e puntuale, con spiegazioni al bisogno. Durante il fine settimana è consigliabile la prenotazione; locale molto affollato nelle ore di punta. Gli interni sono curati, ordinati e puliti; arredamento nuovo e stile moderno. Complessivamente Hostaria Luppolo é un locale di classe, oramai affermato nel contesto universitario di Chieti Scalo. Note positive di questa seconda esperienza: * rivisitazione generale delle pizze a disposizione nel menù. * servizio veloce, migliorato in toto (attenzione e cortesia continua). * hamburger spettacolare, si scioglieva in bocca, consigliato! * tagliata buonissima e cottura della carne eccellente! * ottima la cheesecake! 24/03/2024: We went to the restaurant today around 1.15pm and I really have to compliment the waitress who attended to our table on the 11th. Really kind and professional and always there for us. Toccaferro's food is always delicious. The experience in this, as in the other Fattoria Toccaferro venues, is always more than positive. Compliments!

The dishes arrived with an excessive waiting time and completely COLD, almost inedible...! so the question is..: Have they forgotten about us...??? Furthermore, both the meat and the side dish were different in both flavor and color... It seemed that part of it had been cooked the same day, while the rest seemed to have been reheated, especially the meat was cold and dry...!!! Simply leave on the plate as they are inedible... I mentioned it to the cashier, who apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a 10% discount on the service... 0.54 cents...!!!, 😱
