Welcoming place, we ate wonderfully! We had an amazing fondue accompanied by prime cold cuts, followed by a convivial dish of zero-mile beef with homemade sauces and uniquely cooked and flavored rice!!! The service was prompt and attentive! Well done!!!

A very nice place in Gressoney la Trinité, good traditional food elegantly presented. The pizza is also good. The prices are quite high (if you eat pizza, you can stay within 25 euros per person; the restaurant costs over 40).

Every time I pass through Gressoney, a stop at this restaurant is a must. Any dish on the menu is worth ordering: the ingredients are incredibly fresh, the pairings are exquisite, and the options themselves are anything but predictable. I always find myself unsure what to order. The highlight (in my opinion) is the Chef's Valdostana... crispy and light breading, a perfectly sized steak, and the melted blue cheese that doesn't overpower the other flavors. The only thing that made me sad was that they stopped making Kamut pizzas. I hope they make a comeback. But anyway, if you find yourself in Gressoney, you absolutely must stop here!!!

Excellent pizza, delicious fondue. Friendly staff. The music in the entrance hall is too loud. The second room next door has no music, is more intimate, and certainly more welcoming.

We ate the chef's Valdostana, which was truly excellent, as were the desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the very narrow space between the tables, but overall, highly recommended.

We had dinner here during our stay in Gressoney. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was quick, and the dinner was excellent, featuring both local and international dishes, with a wide selection of desserts as well.
