Walserschild In Gressoney-la-trinitè

I had been for dinner last summer for a pizza, we had a very good time, the pizza was so good that we went back, this time we tried the cuisine (they don't serve pizzas for lunch) We took the potato rosti, a very good dish prepared with care.

Per questo posto avevo già scritto una recensione molto negativa nel 2018. Ho saputo che hanno cambiato gestione e ho voluto provare. Nulla a che vedere con la gestione precedente. Quello che posso dire è che c’è molta attenzione e cura verso il cliente, cibo molto buono e locale raffinato. Prezzi leggermente sopra agli standard medi, ma la qualità si sente e le porzioni sono molto soddisfacenti.

Great advice from friends. Impeccable and friendly service. Clean, modern and attractive location. Onion soup special! Very good meat, but if I can give a tip, do not serve on a hot plate, because it continues cooking. Very polite managers and owners. They even warned the only tobacconist in the area that we would arrive shortly after closing time, a wonderful gesture. Thanks, see you soon

Siamo clienti abituali quando siamo a Gressoney, sia inverno che estate. Questa volta abbiamo apprezzato il consiglio sulla Costata del mese che si scioglieva in bocca 😍 . Un posto una garanzia di qualità

During my recent visit to Ristorante Pizzeria Walserschild in Gressoney-La-Trinité, I had the pleasure of tasting two pizzas: a “Sporcacciona” and a “Valdostana”, followed by two desserts. Everything was simply fabulous and delicious. It had been a long time since I had tasted such a good pizza: thin, light and highly digestible. The restaurant offers a welcoming environment with wooden furnishings typical of the mountain tradition, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere. I was particularly tempted to try the meat to be cooked on the stone, which looked very inviting. Looking at the refrigerator, the cuts of meat looked really fabulous. However, being already full, I decided to postpone this experience to the next visit. Considering the quality of the food, the environment and the service, I give Ristorante Pizzeria Walserschild a score of 10 out of 10.

We have been coming to Gressonay for years and we had never stopped here. On the advice of friends we decided to have lunch here and the experience was wonderful. The waiters are prepared and friendly, the environment is welcoming and really makes you experience the Aosta Valley climate. The food is simply fantastic. We had the pezzona tartare, the tagliolini with venison ragù and the cheek. One dish better than the other. We will definitely return!

The earlier you book the better because it's not small but not large either, I would estimate 50/60 seats and it's always full (this already makes it clear that the food is good) they have 2 shifts, one at 7pm and the other I don't remember if at 8pm or 8.30pm we have already gone there several times, the food is all good, everything we took was of quality, and therefore it is not cheap with 4 pizzas, a medium beer, a water and a dessert you're around 70 euros if you take first or second courses it's an instant to spend 120 euros 2 adults and a child of about 7 years old with pizza.. the pizza is around €10, if we also add some wine it goes up even more... the parking is on the street, it is not very large staff always polite and friendly

Great restaurant when skiing Monterossa, we went twice and could have been everynight!
