Everything was delicious, nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. Plus, there's one waiter in particular (Alessandro) who's obviously very good and (if he wants it) the perfect job for him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE!!

We're on vacation in Gressoney, and so far, it's the best place we've eaten. It's a beautiful, quaint, yet elegant place, and very customer-focused. If the service had been there, I would have given it 6 stars, thanks to the excellent Alessandro, who made us feel at ease with his kindness and professionalism. I had pizza, which isn't your typical good pizza, but with high-quality ingredients and very original pairings. Other diners had side dishes and first courses, which were delicious and plentiful. It's a place where, once you've been, you want to come back.

We had dinner at this pizzeria and restaurant. The food was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The waiters were very professional, especially Alessandro, who, despite his young age, was professional and knew how to serve wine like a sommelier. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed it; I had the vegetarian tartiflette and the meringue tart. The Pinot Noir was also excellent. The waiter was very friendly and efficient.

My partner and I had a pizza, followed by off-menu fried porcini mushrooms. The food was very good! To finish, an apple crumble with ice cream—delicious. Attentive, professional service. Very well-kept place. Prices were slightly above average for the area, but I'd still go back!

We had a lovely dinner the other evening at Walserschild. Actually we had to modify many times the booking but they were extremely flexible and didnt make a problem out of it. In the end we arrived little before closing but we managed to have a nice dinner at last. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, we couldnt ask more! Definitely a place to go if you visit Gressoney!

19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.
06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

06/04/2026: We ate very well today! There were six of us; my husband and I had the platter of homemade cured meats and cheeses, followed by a plate of maltagliati with nettle cream and melted bleu d'Aost cheese (I think that's how it's spelled, I don't remember exactly), and a plate of tagliatelle with venison ragù (unfortunately, I don't have a photo). I assure you, everything was delicious. Then we had the venison fillet with chocolate sauce and red berries on top. Unfortunately, you can see in the photo that I had already cut it into pieces; it was delicious! The village is a medieval one, and the historic center is not accessible by car. Very quaint!
03/04/2026: This restaurant is located in a renovated house dating back to 1695, preserving the original features. Excellent, quality food. We celebrated our birthday with a fantastic cake!
