Very competitive, the fried appetizers were absolutely awful, but the gnocchi at Blue were delicious. The bill was quite high, but the service and atmosphere were okay.

Aug 2024 At dinner with my wife, we found the best restaurant in the Valley. Wide selection, excellent food, very friendly service, and excellent value. We've rebooked for the next evening with the whole family. Highly recommended!! We returned the following evening with the family, and the previous excellent review was more than confirmed. The meat, which we know well as Tuscans, was extraordinary. The onion soup was exceptional, as were the desserts. Kudos to all the ladies who wait on tables, always present and kind, and the chef was excellent. I repeat, if you're in Gressoney, don't miss this experience.

Good food, of course. But we'll never forget this place primarily because of the friendly people who worked there, who selflessly helped us with our car troubles. "A friend in need is a friend indeed." Thank you, Italian Friends.

A mountain restaurant that captivates from the first moment, thanks to a warm, intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. The dishes are a real surprise: refined, balanced, and made with the highest-quality ingredients, expertly combining local flavors with more refined touches. A truly successful combination. The staff was extremely kind and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. One detail I really appreciated: I was with a friend who doesn't speak Italian, and the entire staff was impeccable, even in English, welcoming, and available at all times. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We'll definitely see you again!

Could not help us with seating. You need to book in advance. We took a take away in stead.

Per questo posto avevo già scritto una recensione molto negativa nel 2018. Ho saputo che hanno cambiato gestione e ho voluto provare. Nulla a che vedere con la gestione precedente. Quello che posso dire è che c’è molta attenzione e cura verso il cliente, cibo molto buono e locale raffinato. Prezzi leggermente sopra agli standard medi, ma la qualità si sente e le porzioni sono molto soddisfacenti.

Siamo clienti abituali quando siamo a Gressoney, sia inverno che estate. Questa volta abbiamo apprezzato il consiglio sulla Costata del mese che si scioglieva in bocca 😍 . Un posto una garanzia di qualità
