It was recommended to me by a co-worker who lives in Osteria Nuova, and I have to say she was absolutely right. The seafood dishes are extraordinary, especially the appetizer with seafood appetizers. The seafood spaghetti is also plentiful and tasty. In addition to seafood, there's a vast selection of meat dishes (meat, burgers, chicken, etc.) and pizzas. A must-go place to try the other specialties.

Amazing meal, with the steak being the best we’ve had since arriving in Florence (we have had a few!) the staff are very attentive and helpful. All round a great meal and one we’d return to - hopefully soon!

I went there for the first time last week to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary for some friends. The seafood menu was definitely very good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. I recommend it.

17/10/2025: I had about 40 min before our train left but I really wanted to try this place. I explained the situation to the host and they got me seated, served us an amazing steak and out the door in less than 30 min. The food was great and the service was even better.
16/10/2025: We were seated right away ahead of reserved time. Food was delicious with quality. Background music makes the atmosphere nice.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!
28/03/2025: Vino casual y "mordiscos" spot. Sólo tres mesas pequeñas en el bar. Hay más en otra habitaciónCook / barman nos hizo sus elecciones de Crostones . . ambos fueron fabulosos. Otros estaban disfrutando de platos de carnes y quesos o albóndigas.
