30/03/2026: About thirty kilometers from Florence, along quiet roads and relaxing countryside, this long-established trattoria maintains its standard of traditional Tuscan cuisine with a few rather pleasant "reinterpretations." Portions are generous, but mezze is also available. Today, tagliatelle with broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, and salted ricotta cheese is worthy of praise. Then scamerita stew in red wine with onion and aromatic herbs, and more... with Prosecco, mineral water, bread, and coffee. No-frills dining, lively service, sometimes noisy when crowded, regulars, families, and a few foreigners drawn by word of mouth. Fair prices (the Florentine steak, for example, is priced at 45 euros per kilo, compared to a low of 60 euros per kilo in nearby Florence, which ranges from a high of 140 euros). P.S. Given the beautiful day, we then climbed to the 1000 meters of the Villombrosa Abbey, and then to the Consuma Pass, with snow starting at 700 meters. Exceptional on March 28th in a nativity scene landscape. Excellent itinerary, especially in summer, very relaxing and cool, especially when the temperatures in the plains are 30-40 degrees.

22/03/2026: Aware of going to a restaurant without great pretensions, but once seated very kind waiters unlike the owner obviously it showed because he treated us with indifference after twice I had tried to get his attention but he dedicated himself to tables of regular customers you could see, quite salty bill, for about 200gm of buffalo mozzarella requested extra from the balcony arrived all chopped up as if they were really the scraps of the tray €12 fried good desserts ditto but I wouldn't go back ah last problem my partner and I felt sick hours later in my opinion from the livers but obviously I absolutely don't want to point the finger it could have been a excruciating virus for both of us.

14/12/2025: Truly a beautiful place, the food was supremely good, the dishes were beautiful and delicious, especially (we had the fish), and the desserts were also delicious! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

04/04/2026: A perfect restaurant! Nice waiters and delicious food for unbeatable prices! The 100 palmi is just perfect! When we arrived, the really nice & polite waiters showed us our seats, in the restaurant with a classical toskaien Style interior. What immediately catched our eyes were the delicious and fresh desserts on the counter. But not only the desserts are good: The menu features delicious dishes at unbeatable prices. (1/2 Lobstar with pasta for 19€!) The pasta, the seafood, the meat and of course the pizza were without exemption a festival for all senses! And exactly this trinity of Nice waiters, delicious food and unbeatable prices was the reason why we‘ve been to this place 4 days in a row, and never got disappointed! Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area and I highly recommend it!!

29/03/2026: I had lunch with colleagues. It was a great experience, and the fish was delicious. The waiter was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

23/03/2026: Welcoming restaurant, very friendly staff. We ordered a Tuscan miato appetizer for 5 and the pizzas, which were generously sized and had plenty of toppings. I'll be back to try the food as well.

07/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. Resort37 is the perfect hideaway for anyone looking to relax and feel genuinely cared for. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, with charming details throughout and everything is 10/10 clean and beautifully organized. Located on a hill, it offers stunning views over the valley, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The large pool and tennis court add to the enjoyment and the restaurant delights with excellent food available throughout the day. What truly makes this place special, however, is the exceptional service. Every member of the team is warm, attentive and genuinely kind. From the welcoming reception staff to the lovely restaurant team—especially Marco and Elene—and the dedicated housekeeping staff, it’s clear that hospitality is at the heart of everything they do. We had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to returning.

07/01/2026: We stayed here nearby before going to The Mall. As that was our main destination, we booked rather casually on the day, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location. Breathtaking views. It's the kind of place I'd want to live if I had unlimited money. I'm sure it gets crowded in the summer, but it's also great in the winter. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, and although we only had breakfast, it was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There are some rough roads on the way, so I wouldn't recommend coming in a sports car, but it's a truly wonderful hotel.
