It's now a regular stop on my local tour. I always have a great time. The food is excellent, as are the ingredients they use. The wine list is excellent. The service is impeccable. Always.

Elegant and refined restaurant, excellent staff. The chef is skilled at showcasing the ingredients. We ate so well that we returned twice in two days. I recommend it.

Finding a great restaurant is like finding a rare gem... and we found it in Soiano. Villa Aurora appears discreet from the outside, but inside it reveals an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. We began with appetizers: their specialty, the mushroom tart with Bagoss cheese sauce, absolutely delicious; smoked duck breast with Parmesan tart, a delicate first course and a flavorful second course; a classic octopus with potatoes and fish-stuffed zucchini flowers with cream cheese, a risky but successful combination. We shared homemade spaghetti alla chitarra with duck ragù that literally melted in your mouth. The main courses began with a guinea fowl crusted with vegetables, flavorful and crispy; the sautéed kidney, enriched by cooking it with apples and Calvados, leaving it soft and flavorful; all washed down with white wine (Lugana) and then red wine (Lagrein). We couldn't resist trying their desserts. Let's leave aside the starred presentation and move on to the flavor... absolutely delicious and tasty, from the fresh fruit salad with ice cream to the puff pastry tart with strawberries, Chantilly cream, and hazelnut cream, a classic flavor with a modern twist. Coffee and after-dinner drinks served with homemade pastries... everything so perfect, it reached excellence. Unfortunately, the October weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor patio... it will be an excuse to return during the summer season 🤗

We went to dinner at this restaurant in Soiano del Garda and were truly satisfied with the quality of the service and the food. We ordered two appetizers and two additional main courses, and were offered desserts to round off the meal. Come eat here if you want an authentic experience with prompt and friendly service and quality food. We will gladly return.

We had a great time. The place is quiet with a wide selection of dishes of all kinds. The waiters were very kind and helpful. We personally chose lake fish and vegetables.
