Incredible. The food was delicious, the location as well and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. An experience that we decided to give ourselves for our three years of engagement; absolutely worth repeating and recommending. My favorite dish was the Rubia Gallega; so tender that it melts in your mouth and delicious with the sauce it was served with. You can see the beauty of the dishes in the photo, but don't be fooled by the apparent modesty of the quantities, as I am anything but skinny in size, at the end of the journey, I was super satisfied with regards to satiety. Another positive note, the bread: super crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside; the black truffle tartare also stood out among all the flavours.

Uno dei ristoranti più belli che abbia mai visto. Peccato che nei piccoli dettagli del servizio i ristoranti di altri grandi alberghi sono superiori. Mi riferisco al fatto che con il pane fatto in casa non è stato proposto un assaggio d'olio ed il fatto che non era previsto il pre dessert. Sono piccoli dettagli ma a certi livelli si nota la differenza. Abbiamo mangiato un vitello tonnato (discreto), dei bottoni di pasta con anatra, funghi finferli, crema di parmigiano (molto buoni) Risotto, cappesante al pimentos, cavolfiore, uova di salmone (molto buono) Branzino, funghi porcini, patate morbide al timo (buono) Souffle’ alle nocciole, zabaione, passito di pantelleria (molto buono) Personale cortese, ottima atmosfera

Facilmente raggiungibile percorrendo la Milano - Lecco direzione Milano è disponibile un piccolo parcheggio gratuito in superficie ed uno sotterranea a pagamento. L'ingresso al ristorante non è intuitivo bisogna dare le spalle alla fontana attraversare il grande piazzale entrando dalla parte centrale girare a destra e salire le scale al primo piano. Ci sono in tutto tre sale dove normalmente non si può mangiare Se escludiamo la sala per il ricevimenti tutte con affreschi e molto piacevole all'occhio. Ma veniamo ora alle portate ottimo il risotto al piccione con un riso dolce delicato che fa ben contrasto al sapore acceso nella carne di piccione, solo buona il risotto all'ossobuco e zafferano lo avevo già preso e la volta scorsa Era veramente ottimo. Il filetto di manzo morbido e succulento E non dimentichiamoci del pane favoloso. Per i dolci abbiamo la sfoglia l'ho trovato buona ma la mousse di gelato sicuramente è passabile. Il prezzo in realtà sono in linea con gli altri ristoranti 4€ il coperto che ne vale tutti 18 e €20 i primi sui 30 assi detto trovi dolci €10 l'uno eccessivo. Il servizio impeccabile soprattutto per chi come me viene col cane. un plauso In particolare a Risnard che sa rendere l'ambiente è ancora più caldo e familiare.

Inside the Gand Villa (Hilton), you will find an elegant, tastefully decorated restaurant on the second floor. Service staff are well trained professionals and they were very patient with my questions about the menu since the English translation sound a bit odd(eg veal with pink dot). They were attentive during the entire dinner to make the whole dinning experience a memorable one. We tried several dishes from the Chefs special as well as recommended by the staff (see pics) The place do fill up including the private rooms so reservation is highly recommended. We had a wonderful evening and I say check it out.

A very beautiful environment for a lunch in which the satisfaction of sight and taste find an ideal combination. Located in an ancient noble villa, the restaurant offers the possibility of having lunch in frescoed rooms. The dishes are prepared with care and excellent raw materials. The service is discreet and accurate. We booked for an event and were given a reserved room with dedicated service. Truly unforgettable.
