A trattoria that magnificently honors Pavia's traditions. From the first courses to the desserts, everything is excellent and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a relaxing meal, supported by impeccable and courteous service.
An excellent stop for those seeking authenticity in the city. Highly recommended.

I'd been eyeing it for a while, but hadn't gotten around to it yet.
Finally, the opportunity arose with the arrival of a couple of friends visiting Pavia.
Expectations were not disappointed!
Delicious dishes, with excellent vegetarian options (always hard to find given the predominantly meat-based tradition of local cuisine), prompt and courteous service, local wines, and a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
Special mention goes to the Torta Paradiso, a type of dessert I'm not particularly fond of, but they managed to make me love it. Thanks also to the delicious mascarpone cream it's served with.
I'll return again and again.

A small trattoria in Pavia with a small menu, but that's, in my opinion, the best thing about this place. A few dishes, beautifully prepared, masterfully, so as not to risk losing the restaurant's focus: simplicity in the cuisine without sacrificing quality.
The staff is extremely kind, the place is welcoming, not a single detail was out of place. It's a 5-star establishment, spotlessly clean, only because that's the maximum possible, but it could also go up to 6, 7, or even more.

The atmosphere of a wholesome trattoria really moved me. Pleasant food: 2 mushroom risottos: the mushrooms, unfortunately, were lost in a cream that provided a soft texture but didn't allow for the mushroom's flavor. Creamed cod fillet with sweet and sour onion and pepper cream: again, the flavors weren't overly strong. Herbed croaker with seasonal vegetables. Good. 1212 Mazzolino wine. Coffee. All good for a trattoria, but the price of €60 per person seemed excessive.
