I chose That's a Moro based on the reviews... and I was right.
The restaurant is original and well-finished: divided into different rooms—Sala dei Cavalieri, Sala del Barocco, and Sala dello Scirocco (which opens in the summer)—each with its own identity and atmosphere. This detail makes the experience more interesting and never boring.
The food is truly excellent: well-executed dishes, clean flavors, and balanced ingredients.
The management is discreet but present in the right way. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stefano, who became the owner a few days ago: I wish him a great future, because the foundations are solid.
A place that combines personality, quality, and hospitality. I'll be back.

Wonderful traditional Sicilian restaurant with a gluten-free menu. We had the mixed fried fish, a Hyblaean pork millefeuille with vegetables, caciocavallo cheese, and caponata. Everything was delicious, the service was attentive and courteous, and the ambiance was very interesting, with various rooms decorated with local artwork. Highly recommended!

A culinary experience, from appetizers to first courses and dessert. A special mention goes to the almond brittle with ricotta, truly top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Let them advise you and you'll immerse yourself in the true Sicily.

We ended up at this place while walking through the streets of the historic center. It's very colorful and artistic, and even from the outside, you could tell it was very clean. The menu is comprehensive, rich, yet well-structured and doesn't overwhelm. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
I went as a couple; we sat outside, and despite it being February, it was lovely. We shared two dishes, one from the menu and a dish of the day. Everything was delicious; the pasta with macco was a delight. Friendly staff, quick service, and a reasonable bill. Very satisfied.
