The owner interacts with customers in the right way without ever being intrusive... I tried it one night and then went back.

We dined two consecutive nights at this trattoria in the beautiful Ragusa Ibla.
The place is very beautiful and unique.
The service is excellent. They explain all the dishes thoroughly and, if you want, offer recommendations without ever being intrusive.
The wines they recommended were excellent, based on our tastes, both white (Grillo) and red (Nerello).
The portions are generous and well-prepared.
Our only complaint, but it reflects personal taste, is that we found the grouper tortellini too "seasoned": the seasoning overpowered the flavor of the grouper a bit too much, which, in our opinion, could have been better showcased.
Overall, an excellent experience.
They know what they're doing.

A truly excellent experience.
We had the tender and delicious grilled octopus, cooked to perfection, and the second course of the day: pork loin millefeuille with vegetables, caciocavallo cheese, and vegetable puree, accompanied by baked potatoes and caponata. A phenomenal dish, flavorful, savory, and incredibly tender.
The staff was impeccable, attentive, and efficient, without being intrusive.
The ambiance is refined and very unique, enhanced by beautiful ceramics that make the experience even more enjoyable.
Fair prices for the quality offered.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Today we had lunch at this place, which we found by chance. What can I say? It was worth the whole trip! The place is super cute and well-kept, the staff is kind and knowledgeable! Especially Stefano, who gave us great advice and made us feel welcome. The dishes? Each one was better than the last. The grilled cheese mix with orange marmalade was so beautiful and delicious I didn't even have time to take a photo. The pasta dishes? Delicious, plentiful, and mouthwatering. The price was perfectly reasonable for everything we ate! We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

This restaurant was the best meal of my entire week-long Sicilian getaway. The food was DELICIOUS, typically Sicilian with a touch of originality. The portions were particularly generous, so much so that I unfortunately couldn't finish everything.
I had the set menu. The service was as good as the food; it was excellent! Finally, the prices were quite reasonable considering the location.
I recommend it 100%.
I will definitely return if I ever come back to Ragusa!
