I return after a few years, and I find the place has changed a lot: very elegant, always excellent food, punctual service. The only flaw: the lights from the ceiling hit you a little in the eyes, but just don't look up... after all, the show is at the table!

Every dish I tasted was truly exceptional. The flavors were balanced and intense, but not too overpowering. The raw materials were very fresh and of high quality, and it was clear that each ingredient was chosen with care. The cooking was perfect, each course was impeccable as a whole, with combinations that pleasantly surprised. It is rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine tradition and innovation so well. Really congratulations, I will definitely be back!”

Elegant restaurant with great attention to detail. New Year's Eve dinner organized in the best possible way, with delicious fish-based dishes. Sincere compliments to the chefs, top calamarata! Good waiters, kind and always smiling. Congratulations to the owner, always present to check that everything was going well, for everything he has been able to create over the years and for the photos in the room that tell his story! What a wonderful experience! Fantastic food. Great service and a very pleasant atmosphere. We had the Fiori di Zucca (zuchini flowers stuffed with ricotta) which was a dream: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Then the cocoa pasta with wild boar ragù and the tortellini in broth, both fantastic and special. The bread was also very varied (see photos) and please definitely try the tiramisu, a completely new interpretation and incredibly tasty. The house wine (white and red) also went well with it. Price-performance class. We'd love to come back!

An absolute culinary delight. I have rarely eaten as well as I did there. An absolute recommendation is the pasta with sea urchins. I love veal cheeks and they were so tender. The crowning finale was 2 desserts: 1x tiramisu and 1x white chocolate mousse. Perfect and really an absolute insider tip here in Palermo
