Great food, great service, shocking lighting! If it is true that the architect decided the level of lighting in the restaurant, he needs to go to the library and look up the word ambiance or do a week of work study in any restaurant in the world. In the meantime, you need to go to the nearest electronics store and buy a dimmer for your lights! No one wants to feel like they are in the dressing room at H&M on a romantic night out

Exceptional restaurant in the heart of Palermo.
Refined cuisine, very good and very well presented.
I recommend this place whether you are 2 or a group who likes to eat well.

Unfortunately, the luxury restaurant couldn't quite meet my expectations. The salmon tartar and tuna tartar were not balanced in taste and the salmon had an unpleasant smell. The shrimp tartare was OK but not outstanding. The tuna in a black sesame crust, on the other hand, was excellent and the highlight of the evening. Overall I would give the restaurant 3 stars and would not visit again due to the mixed experience.

We are near the Vucciria market, I was here for a slow food tasting dinner, excellent appetizer with a taste of boiled meats, caponata with fish, courgette flower stuffed with ricotta, good calamarata, mutinous tuna, if you are in the area and want to try Sicilian dishes you are in the right place..

We went here for dinner. An elegant venue on a side street of Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism but never intrusive of the dining room staff.
The dishes are delicious and we enjoyed the evening from the appetizer to the dessert, all prepared with high quality and very fresh ingredients.
Well done!
We'll be back and highly recommended.

Excellent local cuisine with a lot of attention to the raw materials and the right balance of flavors in the dishes. I recommend the fish starters deal, the crudités for those who like them, the pasta with sardines (certainly one of the best I've ever eaten). Excellent surprise, the CBT pig. One of the best locations in Palermo.
