Trattoria il Barone Rosso In Francavilla al mare

A restaurant known by chance.. I was struck by the excellent choice of raw meats, very fresh and very tasty. I assure you that there will be no other place left in your stomach in the Bari area. I had a great time, service at 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 Also fantastic grilled scampi.. I invite you to visit... but don't forget to book first otherwise you will be left without a place😉🤗

About 4 years ago a friend of mine introduced me to this restaurant... and since then it has become almost a weekly stop for me. Very fresh fish... from raw fish (they are my passion!) to hot and cold appetizers, first courses and finally the second courses are a pleasure for the palate. And then what about the owners and their staff, very kind and always ready to satisfy and pamper customers!!

Sono andato in questo ristorante leggendo le varie recensioni. Premetto che di solito non lascio recensioni negative, ma stavolta non posso esimermi... Comincio col dire che non è stata una grande serata, non sopporto schiamazzi e urla, Sabato 09 Marzo, non ho ben capito se era una festa oppure una ricorrenza, ma tra stornelli e Karaoke la mia serata in famiglia è stata un disastro, neanche si poteva parlare in famiglia senza dover urlare!!!! Se volevo andare in una trattoria fuori porta non avrei scelto un ristorante che all'apparenza sembrava un luogo tranquillo e di un certo livello, anche perchè abbiamo ordinato da Roma sperando in una serata rilassante. Passiamo al cibo, cruditè non male, porzioni giuste e prezzi onesti, ma per la bambina, non mangiando pesce, abbiamo ordinato una porzione di gnocchetti al pomodoro, un BAGNO D'OLIO!!!! Avendolo fatto notare, lo abbiamo rimandato in cucina, la cameriera ha portato via la pietanza, senza una scusa e senza proporre una sostituzione, in conclusione per trovare qualcosa da far mangiare a mia figlia, abbiamo dovuto optare per una cotoletta che ha detta della cameriera, era "avanzata" da una mancata consumazione di un altro tavolo... Logicamente sul conto era compreso anche il piatto di gnocchetti "sott'olio..." ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE!!! Mai fermarsi all’apparenza. Lo scarabeo stercorario porta sopra di sé una palla di sterco, eppure di notte si orienta con la Via Lattea. È l’unico animale (escludendo l’uomo) che lo sappia fare....

Da anni non mangiavo dei crudi così buoni. Abbiamo preso il gran crudite , portata completa che ci ha saziati, sicuramente torneremo per assaggiare anche altro
