Trattoria Fratelli Bravo, located at Corso Moncalieri 478 in Turin, is a true gem of Piedmontese cuisine, beloved by both locals and tourists. 🍝 Cuisine and Dishes The cuisine is strongly rooted in Italian and Piedmontese traditions, with dishes such as veal with tuna sauce and Alba hazelnuts, Carnaroli risotto, sliced ​​veal, and seasonal dishes with fresh truffles. The seafood options are also highly rated, as are desserts such as chocolate cake. The restaurant is described as welcoming, warm, and convivial, with traditional furnishings, checked tablecloths, and a large selection of wines (over 200 available). The staff is considered friendly, professional, and attentive, often praised by customers for their courtesy and willingness to recommend dishes. The dishes are average: good, but nothing particularly memorable. The staff is helpful, although sometimes a bit too pushy in their jokes. The location is very pretty and charming. The prices are quite high: for two, without ordering bottles of wine and without particularly large drinks, we spent over €100.

Very beautiful place, with typical trattoria decor, warm and welcoming. The person organizing the lunch agreed on a menu consisting of two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. The tartare with truffle cream was delicious, and the tuna with hazelnuts was also good. Unfortunately, the ragù plin with parmesan cream was too salty, making it difficult to evaluate. The pork stew was supposed to be made with Nebbiolo, but instead it turned out to be with a chocolate cream, making it decidedly too sweet. The chocolate cake with mascarpone cream was decent. Personally, it wasn't a very satisfying experience, at least not with these courses. The owner was kind and competent, unlike the waiters, one of whom was bordering on rude. The bill was correct.

Trattoria serving traditional Piedmontese dishes, some with interesting reinterpretations; the wait staff is friendly, welcoming, and approachable. Prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes.

We celebrated a birthday. The service was prompt, the staff and owner were attentive and thoughtful, and the food was quality, cooked and served with care. The wine list was extensive. The location was welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
