Not just a restaurant, but a place where it is possible to train with workshops organized by Chef Katia which allow you to make her dishes even at home! Congratulations for all the initiatives you carry out beyond the "simple" restaurant.

I chose Colapasta as the location to celebrate the anniversary, and I wasn't disappointed at all.
Intimate location, very pretty, but without any exaggeration. We really appreciated the little things added to the table by the staff who were attentive to all requests and always available. The guy who took care of our table was very kind. Service probably a little slow, especially between first and second.
We ordered two menus, both excellent in terms of quality and price. Too bad about the carbonara: good, certainly, but a simple carbonara that was out of place within a completely different tasting experience.
In any case, every dish was very good, even if not all of them were taken care of down to the smallest detail, at least apparently.
Overall, a beautiful place with extremely welcoming staff, but with several points taking the place away from perfection.

Ottime portate e atmosfeta tranquilla e raffinata. Merita. Avrei preferito musica diversa in sottofondo, ma è questione secobdaria e, soprattutto, personale.

A friend of mine and I ended up eating at this restaurant by chance; the quality of the product and the preparation of the dishes completely amazed and satisfied us. However, when it came to the bill, we were unpleasantly surprised by a disproportionate figure.
In fact, on the receipt there was €3.50 worth of water that never arrived at the table (something that can easily happen).
The thing that annoyed us the most was the presence of €9.50 per aperitif, which we were told was offered at the table.
In total for two first courses and two glasses, a bill of €79.
Let's hope it was just a misunderstanding, because it is a less than transparent attitude towards the customer.

I had a really good time, excellent food, super friendly and helpful waiters, the blond waiter who has a pigtail served us in a very efficient and kind way. I will definitely go back. Thank you ☺️

It is the second time I have come to this restaurant, I had already come 3 years ago always for lunch. Excellent quality products, very good dishes and satisfying portions, specialized in fish cuisine; chic place, recommended for special occasions, perhaps a little expensive (I didn't realize I ate for €50/head), homemade bread included in the service. Perhaps the waiter with the ponytail was a little too present. I think I read the price of the Barolo bento on the menu at €7 and on the receipt I found it at €7.50 but it's my fault (I only read carefully once I reached the car, it was raining cats and dogs) that's fine, not I'll go back for €0.50. Entrance with a staircase of about ten steps, heavy non-automatic doors; I did not see an entrance and bathrooms for people with limited mobility.

Abbiamo scelto il menù che, a dire del personale, è l'esperienza migliore che si possa fare nel loro ristorante.
Si inizia con un benvenuto con bollicine, prosciutto e formaggio e mandorle (non offerto). Il passo successivo è il Gin-tonic, che fa parte del menù Siculo-Sabaudo, dove hanno riportato nuovamente lo stesso aperitivo. Carina l'idea del Gin Tonic da assemblare. Antipasti belli e buoni, decisamente il piatto migliore! Bilanciati e ricercati.
Dopo arriva una calamarata con spada, Pomodorini e mentuccia, dove la mentuccia risulta prepotente e predominante.
A seguire un risotto con guanciale nocciole e pesto di finocchietto. A nostro gusto un incontro un po' "forzato". I sapori sono forti, e gli ingredienti non si amalgamano, ma si contrastano.
L'astice era bella e buona, accompagnata da un'insalatina di cipolle e pomodorini e una maionese di lamponi (già presente nell'antipasto).
Sorbetto con al limone con limoncello all'interno di una pompetta da premere e una mora. Simpatico e sfizioso!
Il dolce è un cannolo "fuori forma" accompagnato da due spugne al pistacchio e frutti rossi. Dolce ricco di sapori ma anche qui avrei preferito più semplicità.
Il caffè è accompagnato da pasticceria secca.
Il conto è 167(senza vino perché non beviamo).
Sicuramente un posto con personalità e non banale! Nel complesso buono.
