We entered Colapasta hand in hand and left in love... with the food! The tastings are highly recommended to truly appreciate the chef's vision. A place where the heart fills and the plate empties all too quickly... we'll be back to be pampered!

Excellent eating specials, very attentive employees with great explanation skills, restaurant where we will return. "Senza nome" pasta, "mind-blowing" cut that melted in your mouth, and three chocolate dessert, excellent.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent dishes, and absolutely generous portions. In our case, we had Carnaroli risotto creamed with Castelmagno cheese, pumpkin and toasted dried fruit "Scaccio," crispy octopus, Jerusalem artichoke cream, and purple "Vitelotte" potatoes, slow-cooked duck breast, and Calvados-infused pumpkin tenderloin with its chestnut reduction. Highly recommended! The only complaint is that the menu isn't so easy to navigate.

5 stars Excellent experience at Colapasta restaurant. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed excellent fish, fresh and cooked with great care. The atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended!

I stop for a business lunch where I need to make a good impression and talk about work, and this place definitely suits this role. Directly on the counter avenue, and there is also enough free parking, there is this nice place, not too visible from the road. Very modern and well furnished, I must say that the food is really good, with an à la carte menu at really excellent prices, there are both high-level dishes, and also simple dishes but always well presented and all good. The number of customers is always very high, and speaking of what I ate I find the salmon and avocado club sandwiches very abundant as well as good, light to eat even if abundant, they give you that feeling of freshness, or I recommend the carbonara, with a nice crunchy and salty bacon on top as I like it, with a nice thick cream, a satisfying dish at a modest price. The squid soup is also good. Polite and fast service, and the final bill is honest. A nice discovery, I will be back very willingly 🙏

Pleasant evening, excellent food. excellent service. The only negative point is the desserts, but this is a matter of personal taste, it does not concern the quality, certainly the quality of the product. An experience definitely to be repeated
