Restaurant with many ups and downs. Among the positive aspects I would point out the truly impeccable service, the quality of the raw materials and the classy and well-furnished restaurant. Among the negative ones I would certainly include the price, which is too high, the cuisine in my opinion a little too pretentious and tending towards salty and a menu that is not too varied. The graphics of the menus should also be improved together with the quality of the desserts, which are definitely not up to the standard of a restaurant of this kind. I'm giving one star less for the obnoxious envelope trick. In December we were given a sealed envelope that would allow us to 'win' a secret prize if we returned in January. At the end of the January dinner, when it was time to pay and open the envelopes, I discovered that I had won a free glass of wine that I could use at my third dinner. Which won't be there!

I went with my family for an anniversary lunch with a predefined menu. Everything was as promised. The food is fresh and of good quality, the place is clean, the cake is spectacular. But I want to put a very positive note on the service. The waiter who looked after us was really attentive to everything and very professional. Well done, congratulations!

Ottime portate e atmosfeta tranquilla e raffinata. Merita. Avrei preferito musica diversa in sottofondo, ma è questione secobdaria e, soprattutto, personale.

I was there today for lunch with friends and I must say that I found everything very good, the staff very kind and professional, the room well-kept and clean in every detail. I will return soon with some friends.

Locale molto accogliente, elegante il giusto, musica di sottofondo, commensali riservati, l'ideale per gustare stupende portate in un'atmosfera rilassante. Personale molto gentile, servizio veloce. Complimenti a tutti voi, è da anni che frequento questo locale e, nel tempo, è sempre migliorato.

Cena in famiglia, nonostante sia un ristorante di un livello superiore proponevano anche un menù bambini... piatti ottimi e ricercati con possibilità di varie degustazioni oltre al menù alla carta. Personale professionale e cordiale.

I ate the signature dish of the chef here, it was amazing. A must recommended dish. Ambience was family friendly .

Not just a restaurant, but a place where it is possible to train with workshops organized by Chef Katia which allow you to make her dishes even at home! Congratulations for all the initiatives you carry out beyond the "simple" restaurant.

I chose Colapasta as the location to celebrate the anniversary, and I wasn't disappointed at all. Intimate location, very pretty, but without any exaggeration. We really appreciated the little things added to the table by the staff who were attentive to all requests and always available. The guy who took care of our table was very kind. Service probably a little slow, especially between first and second. We ordered two menus, both excellent in terms of quality and price. Too bad about the carbonara: good, certainly, but a simple carbonara that was out of place within a completely different tasting experience. In any case, every dish was very good, even if not all of them were taken care of down to the smallest detail, at least apparently. Overall, a beautiful place with extremely welcoming staff, but with several points taking the place away from perfection.
