An excellent experience, both for the food and the atmosphere and service. I had gnocchi with castelmagno cheese, caramelized leeks, and cod in an amazing tempura, but I also tried other dishes from friends who were with me, and I must say I loved everything. The dessert, a chocolate-covered coconut parfait, was also delicious. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it, especially for the refined atmosphere.

We were looking for a venue to celebrate our mother's 60th birthday, and remembering a few pleasant dinners at this restaurant, we decided to host an aperitif here. We immediately spoke with the owner, Francesco, who was attentive and helpful, offering us various options. On the day of the event, we were greeted by the wait staff, who, though young, were very professional, kind, and polite. Last but not least, the food was plentiful, delicious, and well-balanced in flavor. In short, it was a pleasant evening and a discovery; everyone was very satisfied (including the birthday girl). 07/10/2025: I've tried several plin with roast beef sauce, but I've rarely had anything this good. The chef didn't mess up a single flavor in the traditional tasting menu. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area (near the city center), but when you leave feeling so satisfied, you won't even look at the receipt. Discovered by chance with friends, I'll definitely be back.
05/10/2025: We weren't familiar with the place and were inspired by the excellent reviews, which turned out to be true. The food and ingredients were excellent, the value for money was well-balanced, and the Piedmontese tradition was respected with the chef's personal touch. The service was attentive and pleasant.
