This restaurant made my experience in Bolsena even more special. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are authentic, and you can clearly taste the passion and care that goes into their preparation.
The owner is present, kind, and willing to share the story behind each dish, showcasing local specialties. I chose those, and I couldn't have made a better choice.
The dessert "Come viene, viene," a house specialty, was the icing on the cake. It turned out really well, a true delight.

A little gem in Bolsena. Excellent lake fish dishes, good house wine, excellent and fast service. Absolutely average prices.
It's a shame we had the only morning with bad weather, otherwise they would have let us sit on the beautiful veranda!
Compliments to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

The charming and welcoming outdoor setting provided the backdrop for a delightful summer dinner. The dishes were very tasty, with generous portions, and the service was excellent: the staff was very helpful and friendly. The value for money was truly excellent.

A historic restaurant in the historic center. We found a table despite having booked the same day. It was crowded, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. The terrace is beautiful, with wonderful blooming hydrangeas and a stunning vine pergola. The lake fish specialties are excellent, from appetizers to main courses. There's also a good selection of seafood and mountain dishes. Prices are moderate, and service is good. Recommended if you're looking for a lovely evening in Bolsena.

We kwamen hier voor een diner en kregen een tafeltje naast de fontein in een geweldige schaduwrijke tuin.
De service was goed maar buiten de gastheer had het personeel moeite om naast het Italiaans in een vreemde taal te communiceren. Bovendien vonden wij de gastheer nogal opdringerig in zijn toelichting van het menu en wijnkaart.
De opgediende gerechten waren veel te zout en de paling (slecht gekuist waardoor een wrange smaak) in rode wijnsaus was zeker niet op het moment zelf klaargemaakt.
Kortom, voor ons was dit niet wat wij ervan verwacht hadden.
