Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Bolsena. I've eaten there several times and the lake fish is really well cooked.

Historic restaurant, typical dishes based on amazing lake fish. First course: trofie with smoked whitefish and courgettes. As a second course: Whitefish with scented herbs. Both dishes exceptional. Also very careful about food allergies. Great prices. Highly recommended.

Well-kept and characteristic place given that it was originally a church. Very friendly and nice managers, attentive to the needs and allergies of diners. Excellent lake fish and well presented. Recommended for those who want to taste local dishes based on lake fish.

In addition to having paid 6 euros for 1 artichoke (which seems really excessive to me, even if it tastes good), good HACCP practices require that the tablecloths must be changed between one customer and another.

Giudicare un ristorante dopo solo una visita in cui si son provati due secondi e contorni non è molto probante ma cmq la nostra esperienza è stata abbastanza deludente. Due grigliate di pesce, una di mare e un'altra di lago molto poco valide sia come composizione che come preparazione. I contorni nella norma e accettabili. Ripeto può esser solo un caso sfortunato ma tant'è. Servizio cortese. Niente ricevuta.

L anno scorso avevamo notato questo locale passeggiando per Bolsena e ci eravamo ripromessi,una volta tornati da quelle zone) di fermarci a provare il loro invitante menù esposto. Quest anno l abbiamo fatto ed è stata una bella scoperta!! Il ristorante è ricavato all interno di una chiesa sconsacrata del 1300. Ha un menù che spazia da carne, pesce di mare e di lago. Noi abbiamo provato i piatti a base di quest ultimo e siamo stati ampiamente soddisfatti!! Prezzi nella media.
