The first courses and desserts were fantastic, the seafood carbonara was delicious, very tasty, and also the trofie with lake whitefish and courgettes. The desserts were excellent, the tiramisu and the dessert were as it should be. We will be back very soon, thank you for everything.

December 23, 2025 Dinner A historic restaurant in the center of Bolsena, with good but unmemorable dishes. We really appreciated that the waitress immediately requested and brought the child's dish. It's not a place we'll remember forever, but if you want to eat good lake fish, it's a surefire option.

A warm welcome on a gloomy pre-Christmas day exploring Bolsena and its large volcanic lake. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed two first courses with whitefish options, accompanied by local white wine, and a lakeside appetizer, finishing with a dessert "as is" (or "as is"), a must-try. We'd definitely recommend this place again in the warmer months.
