I raised my review because you responded politely, as I did. I'm all for honesty, so assuming my wife fainted, obviously not because of the food, I want to point out that she felt ill within 2 minutes of the platter of cold cuts arriving at the table, so I'm suspicious of the main courses being prepared. That said, you can't imply that from the €98 bill, you only charged us €40. By law, if a dish is being prepared but not consumed, we as customers are not obligated to pay. The two of us consumed 3 slices of cold cuts and a glass of wine, which I drank alone. If you're willing to pay €40 to go home on an empty stomach, I don't think that's fair. The waiters, I repeat, took steps to bring ice and check on her condition. I didn't expect to leave without paying anything, of course, but a little discount or a voucher to spend next time, that's for sure, if you cared about good publicity and not losing 2 new customers.

This is my second time here. The quality of the food is confirmed. The price isn't cheap, but for me, it's actually in line with the quality.

The food itself is so amazing but the service was shit tbh. Had to ask multiple times to order, to get wine glasses to our wine etc.

I always come to this trattoria for its succulent lamb skewers and grilled polenta: a true delight. They're always a guarantee of taste and quality. The rest of the menu is also very good, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly service Recommended ♥️
