Trattoria Camozzi da Claudio In Bergamo

02/02/2025: The experience was worth the wait. In Lenna, in Val Brembana, just beyond the town center going up, there once was the town's trattoria. The name has remained but a surprise awaits you! Modern location, created in the previous premises of the restaurant, simple but effective, round, large tables where you are comfortable and which invite you to enjoy the evening. Tasting menu, 6 courses accompanied by savory and sweet appetizers. Don't expect typical dishes, but all local ingredients (from the water to all the wines - the cellar only produces Bergamo products, which are a very pleasant discovery! - to the dairy products, to the bread made by them) valorised to the maximum. Well done, well done, well done! I would only suggest this: create a tasting menu which also includes the wines (by the glass) that best suit the dishes, the experience would be even more complete!
