Restaurant at the foot of the Vittoria Lighthouse in TS in a panoramic position. The fish was fresh and well cooked. The creamed cod is excellent. Medium-high prices.

We ate for lunch today. All very good and served with care. The desserts are delicious!!! Excellent value for money. At the end they also offered us Terrano liqueur. We made a really good impression on our guests. We have been there before and will return. Best regards and thanks to all of you!!!

During the summer holidays, we stopped at "Trattoria al Faro" for lunch. It was the right choice!! Everyone was very friendly and nice. The lunch was delicious. Assorted fish, side of fried potatoes and more ... There was a beautiful sun we had lunch on the pergola terrace with the splendid view of the sea of ​​Trieste ... it was an experience not to be forgotten ... I enjoyed it very much!!

2024: in June or July '24 they reopened with new management, I hope to return here soon to eat to see if the service and food have improved. FEBRUARY 2023: I confirm almost everything I wrote last October; the prices were the same (quality-price ratio so-so), the waiter was zero friendly and unprofessional (we ordered a dish but then he came back to tell us that it was ALREADY finished.....at 1pm!?!) , extremely slow service: this opinion of mine was also shared by the customers sitting at the other tables next to ours. OCTOBER 2022: we had lunch here yesterday, Barcolana Sunday. Since we had already memorized the prices of various dishes in the previous weeks, yesterday we found the prices slightly increased: an unpleasant surprise! Furthermore, we were served by a waiter (the one who wrote down the order) who was not very kind, not professional and not very friendly: he treated us like "second class customers" for no reason, a crazy situation. However, I give 3 stars for the beautiful sea view, and for the food: everything was good except the spaghetti: too al dente for my tastes.

Il posto è molto bello, la pergola che copre la terrazza unita alla brezza marina hanno abbassato la calura attuale a livelli spiù che sopportabili. Il personale è stato molto gentile e presente, pur senza essere assillante. Le varie portate ci hanno lasciato soddisfatti per la qualità e, da non trascurare, anche per la quantità. Il prezzo è forse un po' alto, ma, a mio parere, giustificabile da qualità e quantità. L'unica pecca, peraltro sopportabile, è stata una certa lentezza fra una portata e l'altra, unitamente al fatto che il piatto di mia moglie è arrivato parecchio prima del mio, costringendoci ad un pranzo "separato".

Siamo andati in famiglia per la laurea di mia figlia, siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, accuditi da un personale gentilissimo ,soprattutto la signora Gemma ! sotto un pergolato che ci ha protetto da un caldo rovente, abbiamo mangiato molto bene con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!
